Haven?t even eaten my food yet but I?m leaving a bad review because the guy working there was so rude and in a bad mood. Acting... like making food was an inconvenience. When I managed a subway a few years ago I would have fired him. Not good with customerservice. Read more
The guy acted like us coming to the counter was the biggest inconvenience for him. He rolled his eyes when he saw us walking up,... threw his hands up in the air, and then slammed his personal cell phone down on the counter before asking us what we want. I waited on someone to come to the counter for about 10 minutes or so and even rang the bell a couple times and nobody showed... up. So I decided to go get chick fil a instead because they have better service apparently. Then after I sat down and ate Iheard the bell ring at the counter and saw some other customers waiting and finally saw a guy appear from the back. Quote sandwich artists ?seemed too busy to take our order and were more interested in being outside smoking. When they did take... our order they said that they were new and could not figure out how to open the meat cooler. Both seemed very frustrated andthat they didn?t wanna be there? Me and my coworkers went to lunch and when he went to order he said what he wanted and a girl there said "what" and he repeated... it and then she said "are you retarted" so we ended up leaving, well my other coworker placed a order online and when she wentto pick it up they said they were closed and she said she already had a order placed and said it was ready. This Subway has poor service and is understaffed. I got my food at a reasonable pace, then I get a sweet tea to drink. The tea... is horrible, and it tastes like it?s been sitting there all day. I bring it back to the counter and the woman is mad. I ask if Ican get a refund because I don?t drink soda and the Powerade was broken. She tells me I can?t get a refund because there is nomanager there. Read more
We attempted to get something to eat but were unable to as the two workers were more interested in talking to their friends, who... the male worker called over to chit chat as he told us he?d be right with us, and one another to take our order. I had to stopthe one who started to prepare our sandwich as she grabbed the wrong bread and then after getting the right one she proceeded totalked to her coworker rather than starting our order. I had already said more than once LOUDLY that if they can?t be botheredto do their jobs and take our order then we will go eat elsewhere so after being flat out ignored so they could talk to oneanother- I raised my voice once again and stated that since they were too busy chit chatting and d*?king around, we would beeating somewhere else. They proceeded to shout something back but we didn?t stick around to hear it. We thoroughly enjoyed aburger from burger lab across the food court instead and after this experience- we will not return to this subway and suggest toyou, the reader of this review, please learn from our mistake and just avoid this subway at all costs.
