We had the best experience at this Subway! We had a large order, and the gentleman behind the counter took great care of us.... Although he was the only one working tonight, he was patient, fast, and friendly. I didn?t catch his name, but he was workingthe counter at 7:15pm on 07/27/22. the only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the company itself needs to get some help for that sweet blonde woman who made... both my sammiches tonight and they were perfect. she was not stingy with anything and was even fun to talk with while she mademy food too, give this blonde woman working on the saturday june 11 shift at 845pm a raise and get her some doggone help up inthat place ! Does no one answer the phone at this location? I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I?ve been waiting for 10 minutes... with my kids in the car. I?ve called the number on the sign 4 times. Press 1 and you get hung up on. Press 2 or 3 and you justlisten to it ring for 2 minutes. If you call the office number posted on the door, no one answers. Come on folks! Read more
My picky eater loves the meatball sub we have a winner! It's down from the school and my brother worked there in high school... good fresh food lovely service we met the GM for our area over all the locations filling in with his wife they were absolutelylovely! First time at this subway. They were not very busy so they only had 1 employee. I walked in right behind anther person and so of... course he started to make the sandwiches as they walked in. But when he finished their we made a Togo order that came of themachine after I got there. He was very polite but it was a big order and I was there for almost 10 minutes before I got mysandwich. I feel that a person standing in the lobby should take presidency over a call in order. Read more
Amazing customer service. I came around 4pm, there was no one else in line, but a few of the items on the line were out of... stock. The gentleman making my order was so quick to try and re stock things as he was making my order. At one point, I justsaid said it's OK they don't have it, he looked really overwhelmed but still made our order with care and it was great!!! Pleasebe nice to people who make your food!!! Read more
Usually this place is good. Order our sandwiches and all veggies were frozen or empty. Completely gross. Pulled my sandwich meat... from the counter where it was probably sitting and warm. Definitely not eating this or coming here again until someone figuresout how to run a business Read more
