I come to this subway quite often and they are always out of something. Today they had absolutely zero bread made at 12:00 lunch... time. Workers are lazy and don?t care shot getting anything done. They also talk rudely about customers when they leave. Theyneed to do better. Read more
Subway is such a disaster anymore. I don't know who the owners of the knoxville Subways are, but Farragut is the only one that... maintains its standards. My wife and I came to this one and not only was the guy behind the counter acting extremelydisinterested in showing any kind of friendliness or customer service, but their veggie bar was empty on a lot of items and thespinach he put on our sandwich was wet, shriveled, and the container almost empty (guess its too hard to be bothered withputting out more). As soon as we'd paid, him and the other girl holding a vape pen behind the counter both sat down at one ofthe dining room tables on their phones. The place was also a sticky mess and a lot of cleaning needed to be done, but wasn't byyour lazy employees. Attention owners! Do you care about your business? Have you read your reviews? It's not just me havingproblems everytime I'm here! Make the necessary changes or go out of business! This is totally unacceptable and as a businessman myself, I would rather come in and work myself until I found good help than to leave the fate of my business in the handsthey're currently in. Worst Subway. In my past experiences, I've dealt with lots of ingredients, chips, drinks, and cookies being out of stock...... employees literally telling me how slow it is so they want to go home, an employee telling me they are closing the doors an hourearly so they can start their closing list so they aren't there til 10, wrong online orders, and today a cash only sign on thedoor. You need to find more reliable employees to work your store. These are the people that want to get paid more but can't dobasic jobs. Done visiting this location. Read more
Horrible experience, 2 days in a row. First, on Tuesday the one in Gibbs was out of every kind of sandwich we asked for, all... three & they are always out of something. Then, I tried the store in Halls Wednesday on my way home from work. I cannot standvery long because of a back injury but I literally had to stand in line 45 minutes with only 3 ppl in front of me when I gotthere. She claimed she was completely out of tomatoes! Absolutely horrible. Every time I order from this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. This past experience was ultra frustrating.... I ordered online before I left work - which is 40mins away by the way - for a later time so it was ready when I was actuallygoing to get there. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting and only ONE girl working. She finished her current order, askedif anyone had an online order and started making mine. So not even started when it was supposed to be ready. It was busy, fine Ilet it go. She starts making my two subs and messes up on the one, debates about a refund before just remaking it. Gives me thebags with what she claims is the correct order this time. When I got home and looked at them? BOTH SUBS WERE COMPLETELYINCORRECT! I don?t understand? its written on a piece of paper.
