FURIOUS! went through the drive thru and ordered 2 #10s. Add bacon to both and onions on one. And drinks Was informed there?d be... an up charge for extra ingredients and I said fine go for it.. why do I get my order I?m charged 23$ And only one burger hasONLY bacon and the other is plain? I PULL BACK AROUND and the manager proceeds to argue when I say I don?t want them to add itnow I want it remade. Of course they didn?t give a receipt in the bag. Just wow. I have always loved Steak 'N Shake. I have started ordering for delivery at work. The last month I have ordered once a week.... Each week I've noticed the meat taste like Rubber. Even today's order. I have (sad to say) removed the restaurant from evenpopping up to show me they can be delivered. Completely nasty since COVID slowed down for them to open back up. Read more
The food was very good and hot. But the store itself could use a renovation. Bathrooms smelled funky. Then on my second visit... the fries were not good, they didn't have any salt on them at all ! Extremely cold in the restaurant and I opted to eat in mycar. It was that cold. The windows were fogging up from the extra cold temp inside. Read more
So wasn?t aware of the new serve yourself style at this restaurant, that wasn?t really bad BUT I can?t believe they had run out... of catsup, how does that even happen?!? But I felt for the employees, our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Shame on themanagement. Read more
Went there for my lunch break, ordered a #2, which is just a single patty burger, fries & a drink. I asked for honey mustard &... the girl at the window had to get a manager over there, for some reason, just to tell me they no longer had honey mustard orranch. I'm ok with that, but he was kind of rude as he was telling me this & practically shoving my food in my face. Aftereating the burger, I immediately felt nauseous. It was so greasy & was COLD. The cheese wasn't even melted. I was verydisappointed. I will not be going back there anytime soon. Read more
Seems the business is going through a rough patch compared to what it once was. Food is still the same but the service has... changed to more of a typical fast food experience. Disappointed in the fact I couldn't find any shaker for the fries seasoning.I hope things get better for this location in the near future. Read more
Currently they are operating like a fast food joint. So order and then sit down, then get back up when your name is called when... food is ready. So no waitress. Several tables were dirty, but we managed to find a clean one. Read more
If you like hot hamburgers and hot fries this is the place. Great for families. The shakes are the real thing. Very clean which... is important. Great place to come after shopping or heading to movies. Read more
