Hilton Knoxville hotel Starbucks - we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee upon checking into the Hilton. Unfortunately,... the two disinterested employees were already attempting to close 40 minutes early. They got our order completely wrong andcharged us twice for an item. They were both rude and disrespectful. It's unfortunate such a nice hotel has Starbucks employeeswho have zero desire to work. It affects the hotel experience. Read more
This Starbucks is located in Hilton Knoxville downtown. Little kiosk does have all options available
Google, you failed. This shows up as a drive through but there is NO drive through!

Great location (inside the Hilton) with plenty of seating. Parking isn't easy if you aren't staying at the hotel.
