Never a line here! The baristas are so nice, and make really good drinks to provide me grocery-shopping fuel. Plus, I can get... Kroger points when I get my coffee here. Mamas, you are foraging for your family! Go ahead and treat yourself ?? Read more

Took about 90 seconds to be acknowledged although there was no one in line. A new person was being trained and she kept looking... over at me, as if she thought that whatever she was learning could possibly wait, but the trainer didn't stop for me. My orderwas to have been iced and I thought I said it, although it could've been my mistake, but regardless, the trainer said I neededto SPEAK UP. In advance, my Starbucks app said I couldn't order from my mobile for that store location, but it didn't say Icouldn't get points and when I tried to scan my rewards there, the rep said that she couldn't scan it there because, "It's acorporate thing." I would have been ok with an actual answer, instead of finger pointing. I couldn't help but think that myentire experience that day was a power play by the trainer on the new-hire's behalf, but that's just speculation. I wouldn'thave gone there at all if I'd known in advance I couldn't get rewards. Read more

The manager at this location is great! She is so sweet and nice! She also seems to run her staff great as well!! Kalie made me... the MOST AMAZING Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe this morning while also managing to create and keep great customer service.. whicheveryone can't do! I LOVE this location! The staff there is terrific - very personable and reasonably quick. My complaints have to do with operation of the store which... seems very chaotic. Quite often this location has remote ordering turned off which is a huge hassle considering how busy theirdrive through usually is. I see this from time to time at other Starbucks but it is a regular occurrence at this location. Iam also not sure why indoor seating is still not allowed which seems inexplainable now that the pandemic is winding down and ALLother restaurants in the area long ago reopened their indoor seating. Finally, they do not ever seem to be adequately staffedfor the large amount of business they receive on weekday mornings. Read more

They are always so friendly and helpful even when they are slammed busy. I like to try new things and they always tell me that... if I don't like it, let them know because they'll make me something I do like. I know it's their policy, but they are friendlyand proactive in offering. Read more
