Great coffee if you happen to be in Kroger and have an coffee craving while shopping. Very nice baristas and amazing coffee. I... love the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. The crunchies in it are awesome. It's expensive but worth the cost for the happinessit brings me. Nothing like that first sip of Starbucks coffee. Read more

Didn?t think it?d take 20 minutes to get my drink since there was 2 drinks in front of me, but I guess that happens when the... person making them should be retired @Lisa Read more

For my first few times at Starbucks it was amazing and I can say that Starbucks has gained a loyal customer for years to come.

Friendly employees, but they tried to shortcut me by using dark roast coffee instead of espresso in my americano, like I... wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Read more

As much as I love Starbucks it?s not as good as some coffee places I know of? I can think of 2 that are way better than it! J... know that?s not much but try going to black rifle coffee co. Or maybe try going to cabin coffee! These places I would recommendmore than Starbucks. Read more

I've been to this location a couple of times and didn't have any issues, until today. I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch... and the barista (in training) loudly complained about it. Listen, I used to be a barista, I understand that making frappes isannoying, but loudly saying "uugghh I don't want to make this!" when you're handed the cup isn't the best thing to do right inyour customer's face (she also had to be trained on a couple things while making it, so she obviously is new at it, so I don'tsee how she can have such a strong opinion on making the drink). Definitely won't be getting anything when this barista isworking. Read more

Probably not the best idea for me to review. I only occasionally try one of their special coffees. It is tasty...but I don't... like their prices. Uncouth of me, but I prefer a simple cream and sugar large iced coffee for a $1!! Read more

There was a line of cars in the drive thru that was backed up to the busy main road (so much so, you had to wait in the turn... lane to get in!). It was no better inside where I waited almost 20 minutes for 3 coffees. I drove back home and each one of themwas not what I had ordered. I drove back and waited again for them to remake the coffees correctly only to get home and findthey were wrong AGAIN!! My daughter, who is a retail store manager, went down there and attempted to get what we ordered inaddition to a refund for the massive inconvenience. She was met by flustered sales associates and an incredibly rude manager whowas nasty and argumentative, insisting that the drinks had been made as ordered despite the fact that she had her receiptclearly indicating otherwise! Five days later, we are still waiting for the money to be refunded to our cards which were bothcharged twice!! Very frustrating to say the least, but to be unapologetic on top of the tremendous inconvenience is simplyunacceptable for a business in the hospitality industry-a Starbucks, no less!! We were appalled and will not be back. They justlost two loyal regulars who purchased coffee from that location 3-4 times a week! What a shame. Read more
