I've stopped by this place four times already and three out of those four times they were closed. I was so disappointed. How do... they even stay in business when they hardly ever open at all. This location is in downtown Knoxville and I'm sure their rent isexpensive, but I just don't know why they don't open normal hours like all the other Starbucks locations. Read more

sadly this starbucks is now the closest one to my house; it's unfortunate because they have no idea how to make coffee here.... every time i come my coffee is not only different, but horrible. i order the same thing everyday and it's a different price andmade incorrectly, so i'm not sure anyone here knows what they're doing (quite literally). you also apparently can't use yourstarbucks app here either, apparently you have to purchase a physical gift card from their store to redeem any points. Willdefinitely be finding a new starbucks to go to daily even if it's further, this place is a waste of time and money. Read more

A well designed and well thought out location for this chain. They are a quick walk from the Market Square area. There is... parallel parking in the area and some garages as well if you are driving the area. Inside they have comfy leather seats andsome long table seating as well. They have the usual wi-fi offering, too. The drinks were made to order and were as requested.Staff was quick and friendly. Overall: A Solid location with comfy seats and easy ordering. Read more

Good coffee. Only catch is, they are not retail Starbucks. Just a part of Hyatt. So no special offers.
The smallest Starbucks location, but has the staff of a larger location. Definitely needed for how busy this location gets.
