I am getting tired of the attitude with the manager, I believe her name is Ashley. I have witnessed several times in how she... treats customers and talks down to her staff. These employees don?t have it easy and I?m learning Starbucks doesn?t supporttheir employees with any kind of work ethics or praise. It?s a shame a corporation as big as they are, do not hire the ?right?type of managers to run the store. I?ve been a long time customer off merchants exit along with my tennis group and we will nolonger be visiting or purchasing any Starbucks products . Besides we learned today that Our very favorite hard working Baristawas FIRED this morning and that definitely made the huge impact of this decision not to go to Starbucks anymore!. Up until today I have had no complaints with this Starbucks. However, today I got my order and the whole side of my cup was... covered in caramel. The drink tasted like it didn't have any caramel in it so I guess it all got poured down the side. Noweverything in my car is sticky including me. On top of that they didn't even give me a napkin. Slightly disappointed at one of my favorite locations all I ask for was a Venti white chocolate mocha sweet cream foam mocha... drizzle caramel drizzle with Carmel crunch on top and still 2 cups later still not the correct ingredients. I was soflabbergasted that I didn?t even have the energy to wait to correct it a third time due to the already long wait . Also theymessed up my wife?s order by adding additional ingredients to her grande strawberry frappe she ask for just Java chips carameldrizzle with a strawberry cream frappe but receive chocolate milk powder and cinnamon dolce toppings? Was wonderfully greeted by Zoe at front counter. I had forgotten what my drink was called and she reminded me from when I was in... before. All workers were busy yet still was smiling. Fast, friendly and accurate! Soo in need of a coffee on our drive back home and decided to stop at Starbucks.. this Starbucks... was very busy, multiple cars in drive-thru and like 6 people in line inside but did not wait more than 7 minutes to order andget order! This location is currently out of some products and I couldnt get my sandwich but the baristas were friendly andhelpful and sure made a good experience. Well kept, clean and organized location. Everyone in this Starbucks was pretty rude, especially the 2 baristas upfront. I could understand if they were busy, but my... sister and I were the only 2 people in there.
