Visited about 9 a.m. this morning. Drive-thru was busy but not inside. They have a limited food offering like cakes, cookies and... cupcakes. The restroom was clean and the store is parked about 100 yards from the Tesla Superchargers. There's also severalretail stores and restaurants nearby. We always stop here when traveling through Knoxville as it's convenient to fuel the EV,use the restroom and get a beverage. Read more
I came in a little after 8pm and asked Seth (the barista/ manager) if he could make a blonde roast pour over- they usually stop... serving blonde roast sometime late morning and most of the other locations will always give me a hard time about making it (andhalf the time they won?t do it at all because it does take a couple minutes to make). Anyways, he was very friendly and saidthat he actually enjoyed making them! Other than just making the drink that I ordered that was somewhat off menu, he was justextremely friendly and polite and made my experience there so much better than other local locations! Even though the drive intoTurkey Creek is always crowded with a lot of traffic- it was worth it! This is now my new favorite Starbucks store!!! Read more
I didn?t want to write a re-view per se but it came to that. So I just did drive though and ordered my regular drink. I stop at... that Starbucks regularly after work. The girl ( or whoever) with shorter messy pink-ish hair who was trying to speak with lowvoice was not very pleasant wile taking my order, she wasn?t rude, but she spoke like she was over with what she was doing? Iguess typically when you go to Starbucks people who work there are cheerful and happy to see you and I like that vibe, it?s partof the experience for me at Starbucks while paying nearly $7 for my cup of coffee. Then she shoved me a cup with my hot drinkWITHOUT paper sleeve, saying ?here? again with that low depressed voice. And I left without asking for this sleeve because Ididn?t feel like interacting with her. When I called and asked for manager ( just to leave a feedback, not to get anyone introuble by any means) a girl who answered the phone kept laughing with someone while trying to talk to me, which I think is rudeand unprofessional. And she said of course ? Oh sorry manager just left and he?ll be back I think on Wednesday? um? so you?ll berunning a store with no manager on site for almost a week?! I don?t know if I expect too much of people but I think it comes asa part of it if you hold a job- act professional. So here since there is no manager at that store I?ll leave this here. Read more
THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had!! It was so good I placed another order right after and requested that the barista, D?Angelo,... make me something of their choice. They made me a tea that tasted like peach cobbler and it was ALSO SO AMAZING!! 100% BestStarbucks! Read more

Nothing like God in the sound of a xylophone, pleasant weather, and a hot cawfee to get you going.
I understand there are shortages right now but they are continually out of common items, this particular time I had to walk the... barista through possible substitute options for normal cold brew. Then I was given this as my final drink - about 2/3 full. Read more
