Ordered a strawberry slushie. The slushie comes out completely clear. I call back. The girl says oh I put the right amount of... strawberry in there. U just have to stir it. Uhhh ok fine. Try to stir it with the straw they gave me and poke a hole in thecup. So now the cup is leaking and I still have no strawberry slushie. Call back and demand another slushie or my money back.Or at the least another cup for my slushie. The girl refuses still saying she put the right amount of strawberry in there.Unbelievable. Drive to the window. They immediately lock the window without saying anything. What is wrong with people?! Read more

The service was fine until the kids meal we ordered came out wrong. Stuff happens. It was towards the end of the day, so... exhaustion was expected. After pushing the red button to speak with the lady who took our order, I let her know about the kidsmeal to have it fixed. I was super polite, but that didn't seem to matter because the worker was exceptionally rude. She arguedabout what I ordered until I gave her the receipt. After giving her the receipt, still being polite I might add, her irritationgrew. This is all over a kids meal burger.. It just blew my mind. Read more
Went through drive-thru about 7:00pm. Worker was very unfriendly and apathetic. He didn't even try to get our order of 2 drinks... right. Asked for easy ice and pretty much got a cup full of ice and the soda was diet when we asked for regular. Read more
You should stop having onion rings on the menu. Today made the 3rd visit to get them. Also the 3rd time I was told, "I'm sorry,... but we've ran out of onion rings at this time. I love sonic but this location is awful. Every time I come through the drive through or order online my order is wrong. This is... the second time this has happened. I ordered online sat in my car for over A HOUR after checking in. I know they areunderstaffed but come on. When my food was finally brought out it was cold. My drink was completely melted from it sittinginside for so long. Half the cars were leaving because it was taking so long for their food I?m honestly so done with this sonicconsidering never coming back again. Read more
After so many instances you?ll think I?ll stop going to this Sonic. Well today is officially my las time. Tired of cold food,... super hard bread, fries in my tots, YES I WENT THERE, Reese?s blast with stuff in it that shouldn?t be there like other blastingredients, and drinks with cups filled to the top with ice. Today I took two sips of my iced coffee and that?s all there was,two small sips. Tried to get my straw hard and with difficulty all the way down to get more from the bottom and pierced thecup. It's a sonic, had the bacon cheeseburger toaster. A Texas toast sandwich with a dry thin burger, overcooked bacon and a soggy... Onion ring that I removed and tossed in the trash. There's supposedly BBQ sauce on it, but it's not anything I would deem tocall BBQ, maybe brown sugary ketchup. The broccoli cheese tots are "edible" but not great. Had never been to a sonic, willlikely never return. They should hire some professionals Chefs to recreate their menu. It's all heartburn food. Read more
