So the food quality and customer service isn't the issue with this location, it's the amount of times I've gone here and had... issues with my order. Here's the two most recent problems: one day, I went through and ordered food for my roommate and I. Myorder was simple: chili cheese coney, tater tots, diet Dr. Pepper. Got home, discovered the coney was missing. Called the store,they tell me they see the coney...right next to the drive-thru window. Manager offered a free combo to make it up, we moved on.Second, more critical incident happened today. Got food for me and my wife and part of my order was a diet Dr. Pepper. Got homeand the soda tasted off. So I checked it out, it's a regular soda. I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar SKYROCKETED. Pretty not okand highly dangerous. Read more
I worked here for 3 days. My first day the manager Billy said "Don't worry about the customers, they'll get there food when they... get it." 2nd day I worked with a manager named Chris who offered me one of his cookie bites and I declined. 2 hours later I'mgetting an order of cookie bites for him for a customer. I dropped one and this nasty boy took the last one out his containerand gave it to the customer. Tammy and Shannon were wonderful managers, however I wouldn't feed a dog this food. I would give them zero stars but it?s not available! Stopped on the way home from a Vols game and sat in the order stall for 20... minutes. Finally got frustrated and went to the door! Everyone inside that was working was apparently high and could even takeorders! Sonic needs to take control of this restaurant before someone gets hurt or eats something that isn?t cooked or evenworse! Read more
We went to hopefully have a great night for shakes with our son and after setting in bay #5 foot 25 min and no one taking our... order we see the girl with the headgear to take orders walk out and set and have a smoke break. While my fiancé waited another4 min before he decided to take my advice and go threw drive thru window the girl that takes orders made the guy in front of uswait til she was done smoking before she took his drivethru order and then when we pull up to place ours (as she is stillsetting on her behind with headgear on and smoking her cigarette outside and watches us pull up to drivethru) she tells us shewill be with us in a moment. We wait another 4 minutes and finally get to place our long waited milkshake night out. We get todrive thru window(while at this time being a redhead I am furious but still don?t say a word) we wait for them to get our shakesready and the girl forgets the straws. Well my fiancé tried to get her attention for a minutes and cause she had to walk backover to give us three straws(that she forgot) it makes her mad. So she hands him three straws very hatefully and instead ofsaying sorry or have a great night, she very rudely hands the straws to him and says nothing! So our 5 min shake night turnedinto a 45 min drive thru from hell!!! This is not the first time it has happened either. Two days ago we stopped at same sonicfor dinner and it was a long wait as well. I ordered in the app, arrived, put in my stall number, and waited and waited... after a while I pressed the red button and said... I was waiting for my order.. they said it was delivered.. I said no it wasn't, turns out they gave my order to someone else inanother stall... so then I had to wait.. again. I wasn't happy about it but, things happen I guess. I?ve been going to this location for about a decade and a half and I can state unequivocally this is the single weakest crew... it?s ever had. It?s been the way for months and months. Sunday night is the absolute worst. Tonight Drive thru with 2 cars infront of me. 21 minutes. 11 of those minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to order. Never got to order and I finally drovejust off. Here?s the kicker: it wasn?t even busy. It was close to dead. I?m more forgiving when it?s busy. I?ve served food andknow how it is. Employee sitting perched out front as I was driving away. I had to drive away Friday too and the Sunday before(over 20 minutes with no order rule). I try to avoid Sunday nights because I figured out it?s a huge time suck. Circumstancebrought me to this Sonic two Sunday?s in a row otherwise I?d have been elsewhere. Three visits sucked up over an hour of my time(20+ minutes each time) and I couldn?t even order. Sunday nights used to be really busy at the FC Sonic. Now it?s slow and westill can?t get served. Free advice: if you don?t have the staff to operate a shift, Sunday nights being the most obvious one,then don?t operate. This location shut down on some evenings for lack of people post-Covid because it was the smart thing to do.That?s what you should be going now. Corporate should be appalled to have this restaurant under the sonic name. The managers can't run the cruise the cruise do not... want to answer the stall buttons I will never come back I sat in the stall for 5 minutes after pressing the button no response. Read more
