The ad made me want to try the Chophouse burger. Total trash is all I can say. Dried out and old then microwaved into... oblivion. The bun was actually hard and the onion straws had turned to goo. Truly awful. I also ordered a Reese's Blast. Huge hollow space in the cup. The only Reese's bits was a dusting on the top. Nothing but soft serve after that. Avoid thislocation! Read more
Okay not trying to be picky but I am being picky here . THEY CANT GET LIGHT ICE. Went there one day asked for light ice cup was... full of ice. Went there the next day cause had a coupon for .99 again asked for light light ice cup is full of ice again. Ifthis is ?light Ice? I don?t want to know what their normal ice is. I ask for light ice cause I don?t down my drink. And I don?twant my drink because diluted. Also they can?t count, when it?s 1.08 I give them 1.10 and get back .01 instead of two. I miss the days when people had an actual work ethic and cared. After having a very unhappy tone, we were told they'd be right... back with us. 10 minutes later we decided to click the button again and then the order was taken. The food was delivered fastwhich of course is no problem, however it was the wrong order. So we decided to speak to them again and were told they'd beright out, after waiting another 15 minutes we still never got the right order. Read more
Didn?t have everything, when we pushed the button as directed on the app the woman said ?the system is down so we can?t take... orders? and didn?t wait for our question about the money. My favorite of the Sonics in the area because they've never messed up my order and fried stuff always tastes like it was done in... fresh oil. The staff is super friendly and they keep the pavement clean. One problem they have is lack of workers. Makes thisthe slowest fast food ever. I'll keep going back when I'm not in a hurry. FYI: they charge for tap water, even with purchase.Weird right? Read more
Pulled up the the parking space to order and they said it was drive through only. So we backed out to get into the drive... through. I have been sitting in park for literally a hour. There has been 3 people make it through the drive through in a hour. People are honking and driving away. Read more
This is the egg on my breakfast sandwich, gross! This was my second trip here. First visit, staff was very arrogant for no... reason and the order was wrong, after waiting forever! Was going to fill out the online customer survey. LOL, but the receiptdoes not have the store number printed so you can't even start the survey. Isn't that convenient for the franchise owner!
