This is an average Sonic, not just at this Sonic but all of them the quality of the food keeps dropping off sacrificing speed... for quality. The burgers seem steamed then cooled kind of soggy, the bun is hotter than the meat, the fries and totts aregrayish yellow, not golden brown and crisp. They do have great deserts and friendly staff, but due to quality it is probably mylast trip to any Sonic. Read more
Wow I was very surprised. My order was correct my broccoli cheddar bites was really good and my drink was correct this doesn't... happen at this Sonic very often. I have to say a shout out to Danny the person who waited on me he was very cheaper very politeand his appearance was very clean. Just ordered this?. I?m highly ALLERGIC to BBQ sauce I got charged for ICE on the side of my drink when it comes free inside my... drink. Now it?s 9:16pm and we are still having issues with the food. Im 9 months pregnant & touched sauce I?m allergic to whichcould have cause major issues for me and the baby. ?Alex? was rude about having to fix the food again. The wait times are terrible because they are so understaffed. I ordered 2 medium blasts and 40 minutes later, still haven?t... gotten anything. I actually thought they forgot my order so I pressed the button again and they said they only have one carhoprunning orders which sounds like a major problem. I know the ones that are working are working very hard, but maybe uppermanagement should see the bigger picture?.. your employees are flooded and overworked and probably underpaid. Went through the drive through and made a order. Tried to substitute a sauce for another was told NO that I couldn?t do that or... even pay for the sauce I wanted, when I ask for her name (manager on duty)and General Manager?s name I got the glass slammed inmy face.. When I drove on a young gentleman met me outside and gave me what I had ask for and told me he was sorry. Thislocation is close to my work and I spent a LOT of money at this store.
