I ordered the #1 cheeseburger with mustard instead of the mayo and ketchup and I got the burger with mustard and cheese only, I... thought when you order the #1 it's supposed to come with lettuce and tomato on it but it didn't... Plus there was someone withall of their belongings stretched out on the grass and when she walked by all you could smell was the feces on the back of thepants. WOW - ordered two meals and they got every item wrong! Nerd slushie literally had THREE pieces of candy in it. Ordered two... cheese burgers no onion or mustard - Got no lettuce No Tomato, and extra mustard and extra onion. This is the 3rd time I have paid cash and the person at the window has given back the wrong change / told me the wrong total and... stole extra. She doesnt give the reciepts with cash, so I had to ask for it. It was obvious the girl at the window stole theextra. I had to ask for the correct change to get it back. I usually don?t leave reviews on fast food places because I know the job is tough and people are underpaid. But honestly..worst... Sonic I?ve ever been to. I?ve been a couple times and it?s not been terrible but this last experience was not good at all and Iwon?t be back. I went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate milkshake, nothing else. I got up to the window andthe cashier told me my total was 9.26. I told her I had only ordered a milkshake and she took a minute and then told me my totalwas 5.12. I gave her six in cash and waited and after about 10 minutes she came back with my shake. It had about a 5 inch gap atthe top between the milkshake and lid, basically the same amount you would get if you ordered a medium (I ordered a large and itwouldn?t have been that big of deal if Sonic wasn?t the more exspensive fast food option) She then handed it to me and shut thewindow immediately. I didn?t have my change. I waited for about 5 minutes thinking she would come back, and she didn?t. Ieventually left due to the super long line behind me but I won?t be back. I honestly don?t mind waiting or it taking longer ifthe service/product is good but considering I left without ny change and over paid based on the product I got, it?s not worththe hassle. Read more

Customer service always comes shining through here....not. it is close to our house so we continue to give them a chance and we... get let down time after time. Placed an app order for three drinks, no food at all. Go to location, check in, 50 min later andwe finally get our drinks. Sonic, you can do better. Read more

Absolutely, unbelievably terrible service. We ordered 3 supersonic double cheese burgers to go. Get home and they are all... singles instead. Check the receipt and they charged me for doubles. This was after waiting in line for 30 minutes with only 5cars ahead of us. It?s such an ridiculous situation. Read more

VERY POORLY RUN! First of all we had to wait 25 minutes before our order was taken. Took Diamond 5 minutes to get the order... right. Then another 27 minutes to get our food! We got a melted milkshake, cold tater tots, a sloppy burger, burnt bacon, reusedburger wrapper and a LOT of onions when I asked, 3 times, for very light onions and mustard. But the hot dog was hot! When ourfood was delivered we asked for a drink carrier and was told sarcastically it will be minute for her to bring it back out! Alsothe entire time we was waiting there were at least 4 vehicles that waited in drive through and was honking to place a order.Several left. They were NOT that busy. There were 3 other cars in stalls and 2 in drive through when we arrived. Read more

I had been moving and stopped by to grab some food for the guys I had helping, and upon arriving back to the house we realized... they had forgotten some of my order! They were super busy, as they usually are, and figured it was probably just an over sight.I called them up and they assured me they would get me took care of, and true to there word when I came back they had me allbagged up and ready to go, Thanks a lot guys!
