PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!!! I went thru the drive thru today for just a simple order plain hot no... salt fries and a coke to drink. I specifically asked said several times to add packets of mustard and ketchup and make thefries with no salt, this was after I first gave my order to a guy, then I gave my order to a girl. When I get to the window topay for my order. I asked again if he got the no salt fries and he said yes, After I paid for my order he gave me my food Iasked again if he put mustard and ketchup packets in the bag he pretended to look in the bag and said they were. But Little didI know when I got home the fries WERE NOT NO SALT AND NO PACKETS OF MUSTARD OR KETCHUP were in the bag. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE Read more

I just ordered a cup of ice cream as usual. But the greatest thing is, she brought it out to me by itself. Sometimes they come... out with your ice cream go give somebody else their food and then bring your ice cream, it's melting. Read more

I ordered online to pick up a drink for myself and a milkshake for my grandmother. When I arrived (8:56PM per text sent at the... time I parked), I waited around 15 minutes and was brought out a drink and milkshake. The milkshake was incorrect, so I calledback in via the speaker and asked if I could receive the correct item. I was told it would be a few minutes and it would beright out, correct this time. I wait and eventually call back to ask about when I can expect my corrected item, and the personanswering this time says there's no way it's wrong, because she made it herself. She comes out to look at the milkshake to provethat I got the right thing. It has not become the right item in the 30+ minutes I've been waiting, and it is, in fact,incorrect. At this point, it's too late in the night to bother, so I ask if I can just be refunded instead. She takes myreceipt and doesn't return. I see her moving around inside doing other tasks, which I understand do need to be done, but shejust never comes back. After another 15 or so minutes (at 9:53PM per phone call made as I pulled out) I give up and leave. Iwaited almost an hour for one drink and one small milkshake and only half of that was right. I never received the item I paidfor (more expensive that what I was given) or my money back for the mistake, I was just refused assistance for it. So in the endI paid to sit in a drive-in stall for an hour and get a cup of melted vanilla milkshake. Read more

I don't know what happened to this place used to be good but hey if you want to wait 15-20 minutes for a simple small order then... come here because apparently they have to kill the cow for a burger as well as make a milkshake from scratch by hand only tobring it out to you already melted completely. STAY AWAY Read more

Had a horrible experience tonight. They were out of the food we ordered which is understandable. Not happy with it but what can... you do. They also messed up both of our drinks as well. I ordered the shark week slush and it was just a strawberry slush. Mygirlfriend ordered a Oreo Cheesecake master cake, which is already a $6 shake. All she got heavy cream in a cup with no flavor.Also, just found out some of my food was also not completely cooked. Very dissatisfied with this experience. Sonic reached outto me and talked to me about a refund and now I can?t even get an email back from them. Read more

Ya'll we literally placed our order for 3 people including shakes and appetizers and it was at our car in under 3 minutes!(and... they were fairly busy)The staff here are amazing. Food was great and everything was exactly the way we ordered it! Keep up thegreat work guys! Job well done! Read more

These guys killed it!! Even though they were hit bad by short staffing and all the stalls were blocked off- they still managed... to keep the drive-thru going quickly. A nice lady walked my order out to me as I was in line. I had ordered online with theirapp. Very friendly even during what must have been a super stressful Saturday evening. Saw they're hiring for $12, not theworst, but if you want to improve your staffing issues, you should consider a bit more. Read more

No matter what time of the day you visit this location you're guaranteed to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. It... doesn't matter if you're second in line or if there's five cars ahead of you, you will wait forever on your order. The persontaking orders is generally always rude and don't be too surprised when the person working the window is just as rude and/or ifnot worse. If/when you receive your order don't hold too high of expectations. My visit today was no different except this timethey felt it was necessary to use half a bottle of mustard on a Jr. Double. Not only was my sandwich drenched in mustard so wasthe exterior of the foil that the sandwich was wrapped in. Not knowing this, I reached in the bag and ended up with mustard allover my hand. So much for my brand new shirt!! Thank goodness someone remembered the napkins this visit. Upon opening mysandwich up I found a half-way stacked burger with two pieces of cold, un-melted cheese slapped on it with condimentsoverflowing.This location has ruined my opinion of Sonics and I'd never recommend this place to anyone what so ever. I've goneto this location numerous times and every visit they've proven to be worse and worse. I'm done wasting my money on HORRIBLEservice and execrable food. Read more
