Went through drive through at 10:55 this evening before closing (11pm) to get drinks my sick wife and child. I was told they... was already closed and wouldn?t not assist me. I then proceed to ask for the manager and once said manager I think she said hername was sierra. She told me to leave. I asked for her bosses name and way to contact them. And she told me to F? off and shewouldn?t give the number. And proceeded to tell me she wouldn?t get in trouble regardless who I talked to and too leave. I willnever understand this kind of customer service. And hope that whoever runs this location says something. Completelyunprofessional and uncalled for. Read more
This location has become awful over the past months. Everything we ordered was wrong. Charged us for a hotdog meal and all my... husband wanted was a hotdog. Paid for onion rings we didnt order. Wanted medium drinks, got small. Then the last straw wasthis chicken sandwich. Clearly they just slapped a little slider size chicken breast into a full sized bun and charged us for afull sized sandwich. Last time for me. Read more
Drive thru attendant kept half the change assuming it a tip. Then proceeded to the corner for a Sally?s beauty salon session... with another employee to get her hair braided while in the meantime our order and the next car in lines order were waiting onthe counter to be passed out. Weekday mornings are a must stop in at this sonic as Michelle the order taker and drive thru worker is awesome she will try to... make anything you order even if it is not on the menu anymore and solves customer issues that happens even on different shifts. Read more
