This was in my smoothie. I think plastic, rather than glass but a bit shocking all the same. 2 pieces about the size of rice. ... I tried to call them and let them know to check machines but they would NOT answer. Smoothie would have been good if not forthat even though I waited far to long for a pickup order. Read more
I visited Halloween morning and was very pleased. The employee who took my order was very helpful in suggesting fruit... combinations to help me get what I wanted. I was then greeted at the window by a nice young lady. She was very kind and eventalked to me after preparing my smoothie. This made me very happy, because you don?t get that a lot in customer service anymore.I enjoyed my experience very much, and look forward to visiting again and hopefully seeing this duo! Read more
The Large is 44 oz, beware! Super yummy. We don't go here too often because it's kinda pricey but worth it now and again.
I love these smoothies, especially on Fridays when you can get the 32oz for $5. It's a small location with drive through only.... The times that I have visited, the traffic in hasn't been too bad. Trhe smoothies are delicious and I give this spot two thumbsup! Read more
I gave the cashier my phone to only scan for the points and another card to purchase my smoothies on. She ended up charging the... wrong card and said that she could not do anything about it. The manager on duty at the time said that would make sure that Igot a refund, but she was not authorized to do and the store manager would have to fix it. I have called multiple times askingfor the store manager and she is never in. I left my number for her to call and almost two months later, still no call.
