This was in my smoothie. I think plastic, rather than glass but a bit shocking all the same. 2 pieces about the size of rice. ... I gave the cashier my phone to only scan for the points and another card to purchase my smoothies on. She ended up charging the... wrong card and said that she could not do anything about it. The manager on duty at the time said that would make sure that Igot a refund, but she was not authorized to do and the store manager would have to fix it. I have called multiple times askingfor the store manager and she is never in. I left my number for her to call and almost two months later, still no call.
