Both employees working tonight were beyond miserable and rude. Food quality has gone downhill over the years, doesn't taste or... look like anything it used to. The guy at the register needs to learn customer service skills and speak up when he is talking tocustomers so he doesn't have to be rude when they can't hear them. So we ordered an XL NY style pizza for our dinner 40-45 minutes before this location was supposed close. We then get a... notification 40 minutes later, after waiting, that our order was canceled. So not only was our time wasted but a delivery drivershowed up to the store for pick up and was met with a cancelled order.
