Food is good I order from here every chance I get the problem is when you get food delivered and you leave a message for extra... sauce more times than not they are ignored and I've ordered extra chicken to be delivered and to eat there the portions arealways less when you have it delivered basically they charge you for extra chicken but don't send it I've spent to much moneywith this business to constantly have my request for extra sauce ignored Read more
We had a great Lunch at Sarku Japan restaurant inside of the food court. Sarku of Japan at West Town Mall has great food. But,... the cashier was really rude and snatched a plate out of my hands. I will never eat food again from the place with rude service. Read more
Favorite place to eat at any mall that I would go to anywhere in the USA or Puerto Rico. Not anymore, I was really disappointed... not with the food, but with the to go plate that they are using now. (SEE PICTURES) it?s literally half of what it use to be.Andyou are paying a lot more to, $8.29 to be exactly. (Sarku Corporate you should be ashamed of yourselfs for ripping people off)giving us half of what we use to get. And food supply has not gotten that expensive, I?m hoping that the increase has been tocompensate your employees at least with $15 plus dollars per hour. We ordered 7 boxes of food for a family gathering and when we ordered they told us the sauce was .55 extra. We said okay and... then we sat down nearby to wait on the food and threw away the receipt. When we asked where our sauce was he said we have to goback and pay extra, which we already had. He was very rude about it and wouldn?t give us even what it came with. Terriblecustomer service. Free taste samples. Terayaki chicken is good. Not many choices. The cashier doesn't speak English very well. Definite... communication issue there. They forgot my spring roll and no Splenda sweetner for unsweet tea. Food was great but I won'torder from here again. Total price $11.
