I ordered over the phone from this location this evening because the app wasn?t working. I sent my husband over to pick up the... order and pay. When he got home we realized they forgot to put chips in the bag with our combo order. It really would be no bigdeal but this is the second time it?s happened at this location so we thought we would call and just let them know so they couldbetter improve their customer service. After letting the employee know on the phone he told us that we were wrong- he knows thechips were in there and he would roll back the camera to prove it. ????!! Just a little baffled by this experience. Why on earthwould we trouble them with a call over a cheap bag of chips? It?s the principle behind it. We eat here weekly but won?t be backto this location. Tonight I went in and placed a to go order, the location was very busy with in person as well as as online orders, however I... experienced incredible service from each and every staff member at this location. It is rare in our current world to find kindand friendly staff- especially in the fast food industry, where most locations are short staffed dealing with rude, demanding,and hateful customers. This location?s staff is phenomenal - they were all very friendly and genuinely pleasant and happy asthey made my order - it was very refreshing to have such excellent service?. Salsarita''s is a very healthy choice for fast food dining. I recently found the location on Clinton Highway in Powell (North... Knoxville). This is now my favorite as the crew is exceptionally friendly and very quick to serve or provide customers greattreatment (if anything is needed they mean to make your dining experience fantastic). The Manager (Luis) is exceptional, veryexceptional; he treats customers and employees very well. Juan and Ricardo are both very friendly; really the whole crew areexceptional. This Salsarita''s is far above the general fare in this area which has me coming back several times (4 times inlast few weeks... with family also). It is well worth your visit. Enjoy! Read more
Got home only to find enough chicken in the family pack for 2 tacos. Called to speak to the manager amd was hung up on. Took... the th food back for a refund and the manager was even more rude stating it wasn't their fault. Very rude. All we needed wasthe correct amount of chicken. Now they had to waste $60 worth of food. Very bad customer service. Read more
