My take out order was absolutely flawless, I was in and out in less than a couple minutes. Extremely satisfied with my... experience from Ruby Tuesday they are so convenient since they are just off of Chapman Highway next to Walmart. First time I'vebeen inside and I could not have been more impressed with how clean and well taken care of everything was. 10/10 Read more
I love Ruby Tuesdays because they are the only restaurant that I know of that still offers a great salad bar, and it is a great... one at that. This particular visit was a little disappointing in that some on the bar ingredients were not as fresh as expected,but the Salmon was great. Shout out to the bartender/waiter who noticed I was not feeling NY best and he went out of his way tomake my drink order extra nice and pretty! Read more
Pleasantly surprised. I have been all over the country and generally get bad service at Ruby Tuesday. This one was different, we... had a very attentive server. Salad bar has not changed, very consistent. Wings were delicious. Read more
Seated quickly. Our party didn't all arrive at the same time, but our server checked in with us a couple of times to see if we... needed anything before everyone was there. She was great - attentive, friendly, kidding around with our teenage grandkids. Andfood, as usual, was delicious!! Read more

Never again. Service was very disappointing. I ordered a burger (medium well) and fries. They were out of fries. That's no big... deal, I just subbed in sweet potato fries. I took a bite out of my burger to find it cool inside, well within the rare tomedium spectrum. I didn't complain, I ate around what was cooked to a degree I'm comfortable with eating. Then the check cameand they had the audacity to CHARGE me for the side substitution. That they didn't have available in the first place. Neveragain. Close it down and let a better restaurant move in.
