We absolutely love this restaurant! It's my kids favorite place to go by far. Margaritas are THE BEST. The owners really care... about their restaurant and it shows on so many levels. They are so kind and the food is absolutely amazing! I have tried so manythings from here and every single thing has been amazing! If you like to drink with your food go and try a Rumchata it's soamazing and you can't get it everywhere. If I could give this place a million stars I would! ?????? Read more

dollar margarita was honestly really cool if you wanted to add a flavor it would just be a dollar extra so basically you would... just be spending two or three dollars on a margarita. Manager was really nice, calm and patient with us. worth the time andmoney. DJ was awesome!!!!!???????? Read more

Update: the place was really nice. I ordered the enchilada Supreme and it was to die for!!!!! Could have swore i left a review... for these nice individuals, but appearently not. So, when they first opened several months back my fiance and i dined in andspoke to the gentlemen there. They were from Cali something my fiance was quite shocked to hear because even the way they didtheir food wad beyond wonderful. My fiance misses home all the time, but these indivuduals work hard at what they do and theydefinitly have a story with us. After several times.. we then ordered to my job site & the driver was mad at how much he gottipped....so he purposefully left my food in bags on the table that the restaurant seperated on a table all by themselves. Therestaurant worked with me on recieving my food remade, hot, and they even told me they tried to give the driver my food and hejust walked off. They have been more than nice and in return i tell everyone about them. I always order their cheese quesadillaswhich now come in meals with rice, and the enchiladas trio *if im correct*. I have to say I was super excited to see this restaurants name cause I grew up near the Rio Grande River in Texas. So as you can... imagine this brings back many memories and adding new ones. There even was an old mustang one of my close friends dad hadgrowing up sitting out front but his was a darker green. Many memories right here as I walk in to this restaurant in Knoxville,TN. I could see the pride, heritage, and detail that went into this building. The outside had life size pictures of marochy bandplaying in full gear with happy smiles that I remember of the culture. As I open the door I could smell the good food but alsohow clean it was from the cleaning products. So they are definitely covid compliant. The young man took me to a booth to theright back corner that I could see the Dallas Cowboy's play another team while there too. No surprise that they were loosing butone day maybe who knows. I thought it was pretty cool I could watch from where I was even though there is a long bar to view thegame. I ordered my staple growing up and know that I won't have an allergy problem of Enchiladas with rice and beans. Thenabsolutely added the flan that was extra big with great presentation. I was also surprised they had orchata, Pineapple, andanother drink fresh on hand. The Pineapple drink was definitely homemade and had real chunks in it. So after having a great mealand dessert I watch some of the game watching the staff happily taking care of each guest. This place felt like home and familyatmosphere for sure. Had a great meal here with friends this evening. Hubby had the Grilled Shrimp & Tilapia and I had the Chili Relleno, both... dishes very good! Other entrees included Chicken Chimichangas and a Steak and Chicken Quesadilla, again both excellent choices. The salsa bar offers a wide selection of flavors & the tortilla chips rounded out the meal. Next visit we'll have to exploredessert items. Service was attentive and friendly. Our first time here and I was impressed. We had Connor and he was very personable. He was a good server! Hard to decide what to... eat.. some many choices. Prices are good. Food was delishish! They have a $1 drink special each day. They have been opennedabout 6 weeks. If you tried them in the beginning and had problems.. please give them a second chance.. they are almost fullystaffed.
