Chicken was Hot! Right up out of the fryer! Tasted great! well seasoned and delicious crinkle cut fries. Cane sauce is... pretty good. Sweet Tea was really good. Ordered the box combo. FOH Nikita was very friendly and helpful. Definitely customerfocused!! Thank you for a delicious meal! Read more

Popular spot with a nice story but the gluten free options are extremely limited (basically just coleslaw and fries).

Was super disappointed. Didn't know Knoxville had one so I was really excited to have it again. Stopped in after the UT game and... they would only let you order a 3 pice. Maybe you should put that on the door before we all wait 35 minutes in a line just tobasically be forced to order a kids meal. The fries had no seasoning and the chicken was cooked in a rush and was bland. I getyou're busy but dang. At least make my 3 tenders tast good. Read more

My family of four loves Raising Canes, yet we reluctantly frequent this location. We aren't excited about it as this location... HAS NO KIDS MEALS!! So the assumption was made that students wouldn't have kids? Not even Grad students or PHD students? Yetanother assumption was made that those who are not students (visitors and people who live in the area (like us) don't have kids?Or maybe Raising Cane's corporate office thinks kids hate chicken? It seems short-sighted to not offer kids meals. I dounderstand that you might be avoiding having students buy kids meals...well, just post a sign by the register "Kids meals arefor those under 12" (or whatever age you choose to be the cut off). Ask students who look older than 12 for ID..seems sillyright? Just as silly as NOT HAVING KIDS MEALS! Please have kids meals. Just one more thing, out of the last 5 times we havebeen to this location, the location has only had toast ONCE(yikes!). Read more

It was pretty darn good chicken, nice and easy menu, the wait was almost nothing but the fries were not that good. Everything... else was really good. Read more

It was my first time ever having Raising Canes and they did a pretty good job here! Ordered two 3 piece tender combos and the... total was $20. The tenders were well cooked and the fries were very good. Despite the college crowd and busyness, the cashierand other employees were kind and made sure everything went well with the order. We (the family and I are in consensus) experienced theeeeee best chicken fingers we've ever had in our lives! Fresh made, well... seasoned, fried though not greasy, with just enough crunch on the outside but tasty and juicy on the inside chicken strips withthe Cane's sauce. We also had a chicken sandwich that made your mouth water, with cole slaw, Texas toast and fries. Even thekids were quiet while getting down on their food. It was an experience y'all! Read more
