Pokeworks is my default take-out lunch location since it?s the best option for a quick and healthy lunch. This location is... perfectly situated to be my quick stop for Saturday errands, and it has a pick up window in case I?m in an extra hurry! Theirmost popular option is a deconstructed sushi bowl, known as a Pokebowl. You can either choose one of their signature bowls orcreate your own the way you would at Chipotle or Blaze Pizza. Their ingredients are always fresh, and their regular sized bowlalways leaves me feeling totally satisfied! Understanding what to order was a little tricky. I used the app. This didn't give me the coupon that it said it would when I... clicked it. I felt like the food was better than last time, and "torch my poke" is nice option. Cream cheese and other add onsmade it easier to enjoy. Read more
I order Pokeworks almost on a weekly basis. They are awesome and the food is too!!! Today I ordered through the app as usual and... after I placed my order it said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I thought that was strange as usually with the deliveryit's at least 30. After about 30 minutes of my order not arriving, I called the store and spoke with Larry, the General Manager(he answered the phone) After a little bit of research on his part, he figured out that I accidentally selected to pick up myorder instead of have it delivered. Surprisingly he offered to bring it to me at my work, which was so unexpected! Below is apicture of Larry. We found out that he is the cousin of a Lead Technician here at Friedman's Appliances! Thank you so much Larryfor your above and beyond service. Great experience trying Poke for the first time. Riley was SO helpful and provided excellent customer service. I didn't know... what to get or how it worked but they walked me through the menu and options (including allergen & raw seafood-free options) anddidn't make me feel dumb for not knowing! Fast and tasty poke bowls. There are clearly marked vegan options too! I was very satisfied.
