I was ordering pizza for my crew as soon as they opened. Jama was prepping food, making pizzas, and answering calls yet handled... my order efficiently. Horrible. Horrible. Worse experience. Waited about an hour and the lady refused to serve me. I order third party and they called... the restaurant 3 times to confirm. They lady refused to pick up the phone for me. She simply did not want to serve me. I wasreally nice and considerate but she wasn?t. I had to go to another location. Read more
I ordered today from this location for an office a simple large pizza and order of breadsticks. I work downtown where all... delivery people park where they can to deliver. My driver was nice enough to let me know he was running late but then when itcame to parking he informs me that he can?t (won?t) park where most delivery people park. So because he wouldn?t park I toldhim to just take the order back. For anyone else make sure when you do an order for downtown, the driver understands he is adelivery driver you don?t have to pay to park. The owner and his daughter and maybe dad or other relative were the only people working and the service and food was better than... many Michelin star restaurants. The care and love theh showed even apologizing for the dollar it cost for red pepper. I have apocketbook sized refillable shaker now. I would have tipped if I hadn't been so overwhelmed by how awesome this was. My food wasperfect on time and ready with an entire family of smiles I will be back often.. still loved everything made with care.. Read more
I called to cancel my order, not realizing that I was accidentally ruining my husband's anniversary plans for us & spoke with an... Asian guy who said "Let me get the manager to make sure it gets canceled & you get refunded." I waited for the manager for 30minutes on hold, and then a Door Dasher showed up to my door with the order. They had no intention of canceling my order. Andsent the worst cheese bread I've ever seen. It was breadsticks with a thick pile of cheese only in the middle part. I wish itwould let me post the picture. Never again. They never answered my calls again. Read more
I called the store because I wasn?t given any icing with my double order of cinnastix. When they said it was their fault because... they don?t have any, I asked for a credit for the cinnastix order, she started whispering to another employee and then hung upon me. I called back, they placed me on hold and kept picking up only to place me back on hold. If I had my vehicle (reason fordelivery), I would have gone to the store myself. Instead, they play childish games in the worst show of customer service I?vehad from a chain food store. I just recently started ordering Pizza Hut again after not for quite some time due to the horriblecustomer service. Looks like I won?t be eating Pizza Hut for longer, if at all, this go around. I highly suggest not ordering from this location I spent 35$ on a pizza box and literally none of this is edible for one my... pizza is burnt my pep is missing off my pizza and who TF would eat wings that look like this I've been tryna call for the last40 mins and can't get anyone to pick up! Just left the Chapman Hwy. Store waitress was rude. Ask for sweet tea w/ lemon. She said we don't have lemon.... And I would... have to make tea .. mind you it was 630, dinner time. and no tea???!!. and we are going to another place for pizza... We workhard for our money.
