Tried for over half an hour to order via app to use rewards points and an online deal. App crashed out gave errors constantly.... Called and waited 5+ minutes on hold to get an employee who was impossible to understand except for repeatedly saying (I think)"I can't hear you." I switched my default location to one 10 minutes further away and suddenly had zero issues. This locationneeds to sort their IT problems before I would consider going back. Read more

I am appalled but not surprised by bigotry. I am in town for work and called for delivery. I was literally put on hold and no... one came back to the line. I called back and tried ordering again and this time I was hung up on???? I thought to myself is itme or is something else happening here????I called back and there was crackle on the line and I said hello and the lady yelledat me because I said the line is breaking up???? I had my coworker call and they took her order nicely? hmm so now I get it. YeaI?m black and yea my coworker is white ????Wow I despise the behavior but I understand. I would recommend most Pizza Hut establishments but not the one on Kingston Pike at Cedar Bluff. We love Pizza Hut pizza but... this establishment can?t seem to get it right. Order is either wrong or they are so skimpy on toppings that it is definitely notworth the amount of money you have to spend. It?s really a shame. We placed an order for 2 large 1-topping pizzas and 1 med4-toppings pizza, bread sticks and boneless wings. $75.00 and the medium pizza wasn?t edible, was all crust and had very littlesauce and toppings. Probably the worst pizza we?ve ever had. I didn?t want anything for free, but called to let them know thatwhoever was making their pizzas should be retrained or told the proper way to make them. The manager was offended that Icomplained because the person that made the pizzas was new and they were very busy. I get it but don?t get offended when I?mletting you know. Disappointed on the lack of safety from this place. Blocks front entrance of store with employees car all day long. Every day in... a fire lane also making traffic go around them which is also a safety hazard. As far as I know that is against fire regulationsand should be towed. Just to lazy to park in a parking spot. Read more
The person who is on the afternoon shift, a guy with glasses and long hair is a very nice person and a valuable employee! I was... there to pick up a pizza and I had to order something else and he took care of me very nice and kind. I wish you guys have someways to leave them tips at the physical store.
