I really hate to add my name to this list of unhappy customers, but for the second time in a row they screwed up my order.... Boneless hot wings do not have sweet barbecue sauce on them! And thanks for the undercooked pizza. I wasted $45.00. I lovedpizza hut for years, but those days are gone. I don't want it even if it was free! I'm not kidding when I say my dog wouldn'teat it. He looked insulted when I gave him a chicken wing and he just walked away disappointed. Just like me. Read more
So my wife and I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni and bacon along with cinnamon sticks and she brings the pizza home and the... box looks like they stole it from Walmart or Aldi's. I have never seen a box like this, much less a hand tossed pizza that wasthis thin. No flavor, nothing... 711 definitely out pizzaed them on this one cause this wasn't a pizza made at pizza hut. Grossand will never order another thing from them. I wouldn't even feed this to the racoons and possum's behind my house. Read more
Ordered through the app and had the wrong order when I picked up my pizzas and had to drive back down there for a redo. Hand... tossed and pan much thinner than they were last month. Dominos has a better pan pizza now. Update and now they check allpizzas before you leave the store. Much better. Read more
We ordered chicken alfredo pasta. Immediately upon opening the box there was very obvious moldy chicken in the pasta that was... green/blue in color. It had to be completely thrown away. Anyone should have been able to see the mold, they clearly do not carewhat they serve someone could have gotten very sick if that had been consumed. Read more

Picked up earlier tonight a veggie hand tossed. The dough must have been old? The crust on the bottom was so tough I couldn't... eat it. There's lots of pizza places around here and they keep coming... so think I'm done with PH and besides the store hasalways had a funky smell unlike any other place!? Read more
This is the worst experience and pizza I have ever had! I ordered at 6:30, received at 8:30. I distinctly asked the delivery... person to leave the order at the front door and he did not do that; He knocked and waited for me to answer, everything was coldand the order was wrong. I ordered a ham and onion pizza and an order of six Honey barbecue wings. I received, what I think was,a cheese pizza and the wings were sitting in a puddle of sauce that looked like it was rolling around in the back of the car.Absolutely disgusting! Read more
I ordered 2 one topping medium pizzas. They hadn't been started once arriving which I understood because they had other issues... going on. We got the pizzas about 20 mins after originally arriving. I got home and one of my pizzas was supposed to be thin asI hate handtossed, deep dish etc. (Why I ordered two to begin since me and my significant other do not like the same crust). Ididn't go back to have it made over since we already waited 20 mins over for them and I'm pregnant and just didnt feel up todealing with it . I ate 2 slices and trashed the rest of the pizza.
