Had actually sworn off pizza due to the last couple of times I'd been to two different Pizza Huts, both the service and pizzas... were poor. Can't begin to say how happy I am that, after a long pizza drought, I decided to give this location a try. Theymanaged to do a fantastic job with their service and the quality of their pizza. I placed an online carryout order on a Sundayafternoon and the two ladies that assisted me when picking up my order were extremely nice and helpful. The one even made apoint of telling me to check my order before I left with it. That's the first time I've ever had an employee of a foodestablishment suggest that. Yes, it should be automatic but a lot of people rarely take the time. It's smart on both sides andis a great way to encourage accountability. Now the pizza - just from looking at it you could tell it was made by someone whotakes pride in their work. The toppings were plentiful and evenly distributed and the pan pizza was crispy and absolutelydelicious! ???? It was exactly what one would hope for and expect from a quality establishment. Now, if they could just trainthe employees at other Pizza Huts to care as much as they do. ???? Thank you to the employees at this location for doing such agreat job and for restoring my faith in Pizza Hut (in this one anyway). I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon! Read more

Love pizza hut but the Detroit pizza we ordered was terrible. We ordered a pepperoni and supreme. The supreme had maybe piece of... onion and 1 piece of pepper. Basically no cheese at all. Read more
Open late on weekends. Super nice staff. Order was on point. Followed instructions for a dairy allergy which was no cheese and... no cut. When I checked pizza it was exactly as I specified. Read more
My husband and I had been traveling all day and decided to order our food ahead of time so it would be ready when we got to... Knoxville. Everything online said they would be open until 12am. We arrived around 9:50pm and were told that we?d have to eatour food outside because their dining room was closed. I?m in my car right now at 10:15pm still watching customers sitting downeating their food IN the dining area. Oh, I?m honking too. They ain?t gonna eat in peace. No sir. The pizza is good though. Although the restaurant was clearly short on staff, Dawn waited on us, and she never made us feel we were a burden, which is... becoming more and more common. She was friendly and helpful and made sure we had a good experience. We appreciated that witha busy restaurant. The pizza was delicious! and the cinnamon sticks were fabulous. Very good service that was fast and friendly. Even though there were only two people working in the restaurant, they both... delivered a higher level of service than I have received in other (even high end) places.
