It... took Hurricane Katrina to make me realize that just because it looks like or is called one, doesn?t make it so. First, the icehas to be the right consistency (like snow). Chicago of all places hasn?t grasped that concept even though they see feet of itfall every year. Second, the syrup has to be so delectable that you can?t detect syrup from the real thing.
