Poor quality food. I returned my meal and was refunded my money. Tasted like it was outdated frozen food, nothing freshly... made. Not a good experience. The restaurant was not clean looking. I normally don't leave reviews but this place has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite place to eat. Now the dining room was... dirty, there is so much dust hanging off the top vents, and for 24 dollars we get our food served on plastic plates. If it costsmore to eat there now, I expect traditional plates and silverware. It doesn't look good when eating inside is an option. Itswasteful to throw away all that plastic ware. The food we ate was suspect at times. Hard unchewable pieces of meat. It's ashame, I used to love pei wei. Read more
Don?t get sucked in on accident like I did. The place was filthy (see attached picture for food covered ground), the food is way... overpriced ($20 for an entree and drink), and honestly the quality is only slightly better than Panda Express. Food was quickand hot, but for $20, the portions should be bigger. Probably won?t go back. Update 8/8/22: they asked me to reach out tocorporate, which I did, and still no reply. As it stands, if you go and have a bad experience, they won?t make it up to you.Even more of a reason to avoid going. Update 10/2/22: Still no word. Avoid this place like the literal plague. Ordered fire cracker chicken. Portion was small and very little sauce. Asked for more sauce and was told there was a charge. ... Why am I having to pay for sauce when I already paid for my entree. Worst experience in a restaurant in years. Cannot believePF Changs owns them. Read more
For the amount I paid for 2 entrees, which both look like the picture shown. Almost $30 dollars for completely bland food.... Definitely not worth the money. Completely disappointed & the flavor is not worth it. Read more

The firecracker chicken taste sweet and is mostly bland. The drunken noodles that?s new as well is just over cooked rubbish. The... staff is kinda rude and the food has went down every time we came here. Which is unfortunate because we use to drive an hour anda half to come eat here. Was at Turkey creek location today for first time. Should have known that with not one other patron inside when we arrived at... 430 , that should have tipped us off that we should have left for other options nearby. Floors were dirty with rice and strawwrappers and had an ?old smell? inside dining area. Both entrees were small in size for $12 , was bland in taste, like beingfried in day old oil. Wife had to send her chicken dish back, which mngr did refund. Don?t waste your time or money as there areseveral better options nearby and surprised with the low quality of food and atmosphere, that they?ll remain in business verylong.
