I think we are finally done with this Papa Johns. Today we ordered two items; an order of cheese sticks with GARLIC SAUCE, and... an extra large modified veggie. I paid for several extra toppings on the pizza; extra cheese, double mushroom, and I asked forLIGHT sauce. We ordered this pizza a few months ago and it was loaded with sauce, skimpy on the cheese and toppings. So, todayright after the order was placed, I called the store to request that the pizza actually have DOUBLE mushrooms, LIGHT SAUCE, andEXTRA CHEESE. I chose the phone option for a manager. I spoke with a lady named Ariel, I asked if she was indeed the storemanager, she said no, but assured me she could handle whatever I needed. I explained the issue, last time we ordered this pizzawe didn?t get it as ordered and it has to be remade. She blew me off. Said the pizza will be made EXACTLY as written, and alwayshas been. I told her it had to be remade last time, and I?d really like to avoid that this time. Fast forward to delivery; wehave cheese sticks with PIZZA sauce and not the garlic sauce we ordered. We also have an extra large modified veggie with THREEhalf slices of mushroom, skimpy cheese, and LOADED with sauce. Thanks, Ariel. The only reason we gave two stars is because ofAvery. Upon my second call, and explaining the situation, Avery issued a refund, and we will order something else for dinner. Ifa customer calls and asks that something be made correctly due to being incorrect prior, get up and ensure the order is madeproperly. 4/26/22 ordered large veggie. Arrived in a reasonable time, very nice delivery man. I felt it was expensive, but the bad was... it was that there were very few veggies with basically no sauce and no flavor. My guest volunteered that most any frozen pizzawould have been better. So ordered some food for co workers here at the hospital given an estimated delivery 27 min called the location and spoke with... Oscar he advised me that the food was ready and sitting on the counter but all his drivers were out. I asked if he was going todeliver me cold ???????????? pizza ???????????????????? he had no response or lack of general concern. I was advised that theovens automatically get shut down ???????????? at midnight he told me it would be 45 min ummm ???????????? Pizza burnt and cold. I put no contact delivery meaning drop it off. The driver knocked on my door although it was no contact... delivery. She didn't have a mask on. I can say she was very polite. She smiled and greeted me. Definitely need more like her. Iwill give a three stars for the customer service. Next time read your app notes. And a no star for the burnt pizza. Iunderstand there can be tough nights but please work on your food quality/presentation. You haven't lost me yet due to the greatcustomer service but I do hope to see some improvement on the food when I do order again. Read more
I normally love the pizza from here. I usually ask for the pizza well done as several times it leans on a little undercooked to... my liking. Tonight though this was about as bad a display of a pizza as you can get. Literally the bottom was black and burntto the crisp and several spots on top were just burned marks. Very disappointing display of a pizza! Read more
Used to work here, and while it was rocky leaving, I sure hope the place is doing better with all the upgrades. I miss you... Mohammad, I hope your family is doing well. I miss the years I had so little to worry about. I'd love to come back and workweekends some time. I've come a long way. And the pizza is alright too. Read more
