My food was not good at all the Chicken wings were old and look gray inside the owner would not give me a refund worse... establishment by far also the lady at the front counter was very dry personality when I ask how you doing today. The Foodinspectors need to make weekly checks. The staff has always been friendly and the service is very quick. Usually the food is really good. But today I got sweet and... sour chicken, fried rice and an egg roll. This is what I normally get.The rice was good. The chicken and egg roll howeverwasn't very good. This is the first time that I haven't liked the food there. So not sure what the problem was. On 26 June me and my family order the phoenix combo, crab rangoon, fried chicken, shrimp fried rice, sesame chicken with SFR and... the majority was not edible. The chicken was old, the spicy shrimp looked lime mush and was not good, the general TSO was gummyand so was the sesame chicken. Even the white rice tasted like the cheap version.. to top it off, when I called to express mydissatisfaction, the owner adamantly said "no refund" so needless to say, my family and I will not patronize this establishmentagain. I am not sure how this place even has 4 stars. I had never ordered from here before but I thought I would try it. I ordered... chicken fried rice and it was absolutely terrible! The rice was way over cooked and the chicken was under cooked. I would notrecommend this restaurant!!! Read more
I ate in during my lunch break. The place looked clean. I got my order of sweet & sour chicken within 10 minutes & it was piping... hot. The coke tasted ok. The food, however, was very bland. I even tried an egg roll, & it was bland as well. The portion sizefor the price was great, I just wish the food had tasted better. Read more
Great food for great cost. Yes the person working the phone had no personality, but where I come from in a much larger city than... Knox, that is the norm. So my food was to go and did not have much interaction, however she did not discriminate as the 3 folksin front of me were treated just the same. My food was correct, hot and on time. We stopped in while working in the area. The food was about mall quality. All right, but nothing amazing. The chicken seemed to... be a little chewy. The wait was about 15 minutes from order till it was brought out. Seemed like a while. I would give thecustomer service about a 2 out of 5. When we ordered the woman seemed annoyed. No niceties whatsoever. When the food was broughtout we said thank you, but she just dropped it on the table and turned around. There was no sweet tea. Their fridge appeared tohave some white cups labeled unsweetened, but I'm not sure what that was about exactly. We will probably not eat here againunless we are dying for Asian style dishes by Lowes. Update: We ate here again. Customer service and food were both worse thanbefore. Everything had the same nasty sauce on it. The cashier looked at us like we were idiots while ordering, only talking tothe other worker. We will not return again. Read more
Panda Garden make DoorDash Delivery Dasher Driver to fill the drink for the customers instead of them filling the drink for the... customers. Because is their responsibility for prepares for the items/orders at their store or restaurants. I asked a clerk ifshe can fill the 2 cups of Sprite for me because I am helping my mom working with DoorDash and females clerk was very rude anddisrespectful and unprofessional of helping the customers out and not is not customer services at all. That is just making aDoorDash or delivery driver complicated for their job is their responsibility to prepare and cook a customer food and preparingthe drink because it’s against DoorDash policy.. because there’s not a Dasher job to fill the Customer drink at therestaurant or fast food places. I would never accept any order or pick up any orders while I help my parents DoorDash. If theycontinue making a DoorDasher delivery driver filling up to drink and said they instead of them doing it. If I would dare buy myown food, I will fill up my own drink but I’m not. I am going there to pick up somebody order from DoorDash and get itdelivered to the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this Chinese panda Garden restaurant at all. They are completely rude anddisrespectful and unprofessional about their customer service at their store and restaurant.
