I can definitely tell this place has new management. Everyone is much more friendly and they didn't seem stressed. I did get a... mistake on my order but they made it easy and comfortable to point out and they made it right. Overall the atmosphere haschanged and it's improving. Everytime I go here (which isn't very often), several entree options are near empty and dried out. So if you want something... fresh, your choices will be further limited. Also, there is zero extra sauce on the entrees and they won't give you extra evenif you ask. You're stuck with using a rather generic sweet and sour packet (like a ketchup packet) if you want your rice tohave any flavor. And this doesn't match the flavor of your chosen entree. The spring roll contents are pretty much mushalthough they are hot and crispy. Again....only the sweet and sour packet for dipping. No duck sauce....I do not recommend. Great fast friendly service and super clean bathrooms. I'm not a fan but my husband loves their food. It was very good today.... And a surprising large portion of chicken. Best I've ever had at this chain. Thank you for the great experience. Read more
Visited the Knoxville Tennessee Cedar Bluff location. I usually get the orange chicken, they were out so I settled on mushroom... chicken. Bad choice. The chicken was very fatty and there was no seasoning on it. Didn?t care for it at all. Took it back up tothe man at the register, explained my dilemma. I wasn?t asking for a refund or a full new bowl. All I wanted to do was exchangethe chicken for the orange chicken that now had come out to the front line. He told me that just because I didn?t like it wasn?ta good enough reason for them to exchange it for me. He also said if I wanted to, I could go back thru the line and purchase theorange chicken for a discount. Not very good customer service in my book. They need to accommodate customers better. I order the orange chicken bowl and brown rice with egg roll. The service was friendly and very helpful and the dining room was... clean. The taste of the food and the quantity for the price was not my favorite. My son took two bits and we threw the rest ofthe lunch entree in the trash. Read more
