the RUDEST staff i?ve encountered on campus. I asked for a bigger plate and was initially given a plate with double honey walnut... shrimp , and when i proceeded to tell her i wanted a bigger plate with two other entree?s , she put the walnut shrimp back andadded ONE more entree before shutting my box and walking away. the cashier was not any nicer than her. i did not get what i paidfor and will not be back to get treated like an idiot for merely wanting my food to be right. My friend and I went to this Panda location earlier this week and we were surprised when someone of the name Omar was being... extremely rude to one of his employees. The way he acted was out of control and unreasonable. Im in disbelief that they letsomeone who takes their anger out on their coworkers be a manager. Knowing my past experience with working in a fast food, theemployees are already stressed as it is and I can?t imagine working on the strip like they do. Two hours before closing and all they have available is Chow Mein despite everything else being available when ordering online.... Do they call and rectify the situation? No, they allow you to come all the way in just to waste your time. Do they offer you arefund once you arrive? No, they tell you to figure it out on your own. Two hours before closing. This isn't the first timethey've absolutely failed to manage themselves correctly. Not a few months ago and all they had was brown rice available. It'sabsolutely abhorrent. The incompetent management is astounding and it is a wonder that they are still allowed to operate. Panda Express is fairly healthy, tasty, Asian-American food. The food here does not deviate from the food at other Panda Express... chains because the ingredients are always the same, but the sanitation leaves something to be desired. There is consistentlytrash overflowing in all the garbage cans, sticky spots on the tables and messes all over the floor. The employees do theirbest to deal with the, at times, hundreds of students who go there every hour, but they all seem like beat puppies and are notvery hospitable. I understand that it's a university location and the bar has been set very low so the young, student employees don't have a... burning desire to please their customers... However, this type of blatant disregard for service is downright DISRESPECTFUL tothe customer, and frankly EMBARRASSING for the establishment and staff. They gave me 3, *maybee* you could call it 4 butcheredpieces of chicken and 3 tiny slices of beef in the box, closed it up, and put it out for pickup, proudly serving it as $9 worthof food. The fact of the matter is, the plate option is more expensive because you are supposed to get A BOX FULL of TWOentrees (NOT 2 bites) covering the rice or noodles that you chose. I did not pay $9 to finish a meal in genuinely under 2minutes, and be left hungry for the rest of the night. This new online ordering system should be a beneficial health precaution- NOT an opportunity for the restaurant to SCAM you out of a meal and avoid having to do their job. God knew not to let me seeinside the box until I got home because I would have lost my damn mind otherwise. It doesn't matter if you're a regularlocation or not, you need to DO BETTER.
