If you love Lettuce Wraps or Pork Dumplings this is definitely the place to get them! The food here is delicious, Me and my... family have loved everything that we’ve ever gotten here, this is our second time coming in and will be happy to come back.The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very relaxing and just overall had a great experience. This place is slipping. It’s always been a good go-to for curbside delivery/ takeout. My last three visits have been... disasters. Although my order provided instructions for curbside delivery and I followed those instructions, I sat in by car forover 20 minutes without so much as a greeting or update. I went inside to their new takeout area where I waited for anyone tocome and greet me or provide the order that I had already paid for. Today, I ordered for takeout (not curbside). I went insideto pick up my order and spent 5 minutes watching staff members actively avoid coming to even so much as greet me or the othercustomer that was already waiting. The quality of the food is slipping and their takeout system is a total fail. Update: whileI had plenty of time to write the above review while I waited for my prepaid takeout order to get cold. Now that I’ve beenhome, the food itself was a tremendous disappointment. Sadly, this has been a favorite restaurant for many years but has becomea consistent disappointment. Read more
P.F. Chang’s is a solid choice if you want a meal that is nicely prepared with quality ingredients. It is the only Chinese... food I will eat. It is a bit too pricey for everyday, but definitely works if you are looking for something a bit more thancasual dining. This location is easy to access from Hwy 40, and has plenty of parking. The decorations and landscaping are topnotch for P.F. and the dining room layout is very appealing. My only complaint is that, as of late, there doesn’t seem to beenough staff at this location. They especially appear to struggle to keep both the dining room and the take-out serviced whenthey are busy. I think this is a shame since they’ve invested so much money in their dining areas. Overall I am very pleasedwith the quality and variety of food offered at P.F. Chang’s, and will remain a loyal customer. Read more
LPA: I RATE THIS A ZERO I visited P.F CHANGS located on Kingston pike today around 11:40a for lunch to find a maggot on my... broccoli . When asked by the Server if we were enjoying the meal. I proceeded to explain that, there was what looked like amaggot and if not a tiny insect. The server glanced over and before throughly looking he stated it was just rice, I stated itwas not rice and explained how the rice I had was brown rice. He asked if I would like to speak with a manager and of course Idid. The manager came and looked and stated it was rice as well, as I showed him the difference he seemed uneasy and startedsaying he wasn’t sure what it was but still tried to convince me it was rice, he then asked would I like another piece ofbroccoli and of course I said no, that’s disgusting. As you can see the closer picture I took it has a head . It was a maggothe may have been embarrassed but hey I will never eat there again nor will I try justifying it and pretend it’s rice, knowingit’s clearly a bug but yeah other than that Enjoy! Ordered take out from here and it was probably some of the worst food I've ate at a restaurant. The orange chicken was... disgusting, it was tasteless (once you got past the overwhelming taste of garlic), mushy, and soggy. Only complain about myhusband's meal was that he could've went to the freezer section at a grocery store and gotten a better dinner for half theprice. Maybe this is how their food is supposed to taste (if so, I'm very concerned about the food people who gave 5/5 stars eatregularly), but I am very disappointed in my dinner. Read more
