Trina and Tommy are the best, each of them come to our table each time we come. All of our servers have been phenomenal. We go... here often and bring several residents from a nursing facility. The service is always fabulous, the food is great every time.They treat each of our residents with respect and kindness. We call the day before and they are ready for us. We always have agreat time. Decent food. Appetizer with crab was still frozen in middle. Sat at bar on railing side near kitchen. Do not sit here if you... don?t want EVERY bit of your food delivered over the railing including hot plates that you have to handle. This practice wasconsistent no matter who brought the food. I?m so disappointed. I ordered the steakhouse nachos and this is what I got. $12.99 for chips, chicken and a sauce. With very... little shredded cheese that wasn?t even melted on. No queso sauce, nothing. I could?ve went to a carnival for the same price andgot 10x better then this. I couldn?t believe it when my husband brought this home to me. We had a wonderful experience at Ocharleys. My friends and I ate lunch there and we were able to talk and enjoy our time. We... were taken care of the entire time we were there because of our wonderful server, Sterling. He has waited on my family beforeand as always- he is amazing. Dinner was good. My steak was undercooked but they fixed it and gave me fresh sides. Server was very nice and so helpful.
UPDATE: Management was notified and surely there will be a change. .... ... Start with rolls they were not edible. The worst... ever. Tasted freezer burnt. Secondly the chicken tenders that they are famous for were so small, I mean they weren't even aslong as my finger. One was battered then cut to make it smaller, no batter on the end. Waiter didn't come back until it was timeto give us the check. I wasn't offered a refill during the meal only after he dropped of the check. Read more
Brandy was the best. Even though there was a large party we lacked for nothing. Chicken strips were the absolute best and a... large amount of food. Food was hot and everything was very tasty. The hostess Trena made you feel you were a part of thefamily. Loved this place will be making a trip across town just to do it again. Read more
Our waitress made the entire experience worth it and honestly made our whole day better she was extremely accommodating very... friendly and would go out of her way to make something happen we would try to figure out how to order an item that maybe wasn'tparticularly on their menu and she would come up with a combination of different things so that she could make what we wanted(she did that with two of our dishes). She just went above and beyond for us she was incredible and definitely deserve the hugetip she was left! The food was amazing and it was awesome! Read more
