Terrible experience. Our pick up order was not correct. We called back, we couldn't come back because we had to be somewhere... else, to see if something could be done about it. They refused to do anything, instead, they belittled me, was extremely rude tome, and even hung up on me. This is easily the worst togo order experience I've ever had. I called back a few days later tospeak to management, same thing, extremely rude and talked down to. I strongly suggest you avoid eating here at all costs. The food is GREAT, service was AWFUL. 2 of the women in the kitchen had awful attitudes as if we were bothering them but no... worries. They have mean looks on their face, they take your order & don?t say how long of a wait, call your name & put your foodon counter & that?s it. No thank you, no come again, not even a smile. I even made a comment on how good their sweets look thewoman rolled her eyes & kept writing. These women need anointed, I?ll pray for them tonight????????NO WORRIES THOUGH I LIVE @LEARN WHERE TO SPEND MY MONEY.My 1 star is for the food, I wanted to put a half of a star for such bad service but have to behonest here. This place has declined significantly in recent years, it all started when the owner changed suppliers and went to a cheaper... product. I first noticed it about 10 years ago when the steak was changed, the staff seems to have a fairly high turnover aswell; can?t really expect much else when they aren?t paid sustainable wages. Ordered online today at 11:50am, pickup time states 12:15pm. My husband gets there to pick up the food at 12:10. The online wait... time was 20 minutes, so he arrived right on time. When giving the name for our order, they told him it would be another 20minutes before the sandwiches would be done. The restaurant is NOT busy at all, so how does it take 40 total minutes to make 2sandwiches? This shows that the employees didn?t care to see that a to go order came through, and didn?t even have it startedwhen my husband arrived. We arrived at LUNCH time because we are working civilians, there to get our to go order for a lunchBREAK. The employees could care less that we have to wait even longer when they seem to have nothing else going on. This is notour first issue with this place and based on other reviews it seems many others have issues too. How are you guys still inbusiness? We will never be back to this location, the staff is extremely rude, careless, and cannot even comprehend a simple togo order that should have been ready right now and not 20+ minutes AFTER the promised time. Absolutely ridiculous and a joke ofan establishment!!!
