10 Star, that's really how I can end this review! Of all the sushi places I have visited this is officially one of my favorites... and I wish I didn't live 6 hours away from it. The people are nice and friendly, the atmosphere is clean and elegant, and thefood is amazing to say the least!! I went with my brother and got chef's choice sushi. Gave the guy an idea what I would link onit and he brought me some of the most mouth watering sushi I have ever had. I definitely recommend going here if you are in thearea. Read more
My first visit was for lunch today. Nice place. Good food. Good selection. Pictured is the Pizza Roll lunch special, house... salad, and soup, and the Ex-Girlfriend roll, with the shrimp tails and cooked eel. Place was clean. Service was nice. Read more
The Nama Sushi chain, especially the Cedar Bluff location, is a wonderful sushi restaurant. I always get fresh top notch fish... here and amazing service. Prices are aren't cheap steep but as they say, you get what you pay for. Here you'll get generousfresh portions of fish. It isn't traditional authentic sushi by any means but that doesn't mean it isn't any less tasty. I gotthe Chirashi bowl last time I went. Besides the usual Toro, Sake, Hamachi, amd Ebi they also added in Otoro or Fatty tuna-Yum! If you are looking for budget friendly items make sure to go to their half off sushi days on Mondays and Thursdays. Forsome reasons, good deals taste even better than normal. Just be warned, it becomes kind of a mad house In the restaurant onthose days. I usually sit in the bar getting served by their top notch bartender, Tyler, as the feeding frenzy takes place inthe dining area. You might want to get a reservation on those days so you aren't waiting in line like some days. Overall, Iwould recommend checking out Nama Sushi if you are in the Cedar Bluff area craving some ????. Went here on my professor's recommendation. Cool atmosphere, appeared clean. Had the Atlantic roll and banana tempura. The... salmon on top of the roll practically melted in my mouth, and the banana tempura was soft and came with a thick chocolate sauce.The edamame was also fun to eat. It's okay. I liked the display of the food, my husband wasn't impressed. The fish didn't quite have a punch of flavor you'd... expect from eel. The best meal was honestly the kids toddler bowl with shrimp. However, the staff was responsive and friendly.The place was very clean and it was relaxing after a busy morning of shopping. If we weren't from out of town I'd try them againat dinner to see if it was just the lunch chef. Read more
