Pizza was so good! It was pretty busy but they kept the buffet stocked up! Going to have to go again and request some special... pizzas up there. The arcade area was way bigger than we expected and even had prizes you can buy with tickets from the games.Gave me flashbacks of when I was a child! Super great place for our kids. We had a birthday party here for my son and it was not a good experience. The room we booked was supposed to hold 50 people and... it most definitely did not. Several people in our party were not even able to sit with us. The room was also incredibly hot andfelt as if there was no air conditioner. There were not many choices for pizza other than pepperoni or cheese.The tables werepiled with dishes because there was no where to put the dirty dishes and they did not co.e collect them until after the party.Also bring your own plates and silverware for the cake! Half of the games were broken and either did not give tickets or tookthe money. Overall by the end my son was very unhappy as well as many parents. Steer clear and spend your 200$ some where worthit. Well, if you like Pizza Inn then come on over! It's very good food with a very good salad bar and very good Pizza selection. You... don't have as much crowds to deal with and you get your own pizza plus drinks. I love the self serve and game room is great foryour kids. Also bonus better price than Pizza Inn ?? Read more
The pizza is good, but almost every table was dirty with dishes from people who had left. They weren't busy so it's not because... they were too busy to clean them. There was one little guy cleaning the tables, but he moved at a snail's pace. There weremultiple workers behind the counter just talking and laughing and hanging out. It seemed like the entire staff were teenagers,no adult in sight. We love Mr. Gatti's pizza, but the service could definitely be better. Read more
This time I'm giving it 2 stars. Last time I gave it 3 stars. Five years ago I gave it 5 stars. Nothing has improved since last... we've been here even after the owner commented. There was not much in choices at the salad bar. No cottage cheese when thereused to be. And the salads and other vegetables like cucumbers were pretty low on one side. It's like they wait till someonetells them they are low. The pizza was dry and not much taste even the dough was dry (overcooked). II looked on the customercopy of the receipt. There was a $3.47 tip charged that they never used to do that before. I can understand if they have serversand waiters but this is a serve yourself. Most of the time they are have a pow wow behind the counter. - See picturesbelow. This place has changed since we first came here 5 years ago. It has only went down in standards since. It's always a good experience, I enjoy the salad bar options and the Buffalo chicken pizza. The games are reasonable and kids... enjoy playing them. They have some games that a 2yo could play like the duck or bee game, skeeball and air hockey for the preteens, and racing/shooting/fruit ninja for teens and adults like me who enjoy fun. The birthday parties for kids is the biggestplus for this establishment with 10 kids getting pizza, a drink, $10 play time, and a room for 90 min. Read more
We booked the Tenesee room for my nephews birthday and really enjoyed reading expereince!! The service was great, the employees... are very accommodating. A few of our group including myself have some dietary restrictions and they fired 2 specialty pizzas andmade a fresh order of bread sticks for us. The room was the perfect size for our needs. The game selection had options for allages and preference. The get were fair and winnable, I even won a 1000 ticket jackpot. Bumper cars were great fun too. I wouldrecommend this place for a lay child's birthday party. One star lost as the salad bar wasn't very fresh, and the mac and cheesecould use some work. Minor issues, admittedly, but worth noting for those looking for vegetarian or vegan options. Read more
Gatti pizza is hit or miss on quality & service and ever since the pandemic the service has been missed. Certain menu items like... the cheese sticks are good but only if it's fresh. Some of the employees have adopted the new post-pandemic philosophy that theydon't work too hard and customers are second to their personal comfort and it shows! I'd recommend Pizza Inn close by in Powellif you want to encounter good service, fresh pizza on a buffet, and quality pizza as the pizza at Pizza Inn is much better too. Read more
