This was my third time going to the Northshore moe?s. Every other time I had gotten take out, this was the first time I had... dined in. Let me just say that before I even got to order I had to wait in a 30 minute line, which in most cases I expect a?sorry about your wait? or ?thank you for your patience? but the staff was extremely rude and short with us. Once we got to theolder, black lady at the register she gave me a lot of attitude about putting my card in the machine, so my husband saidsomething along the lines of ?there?s no need to get an attitude? especially since I was apologizing and being nice to her. OnceI paid, we began to walk away and told her to have a nice day. She responded ?I will when you leave my sight?. Saying I wasabsolutely shocked and disgusted is an understatement. We went to say something to a manager but he rolled his eyes and couldn?tcare less. Look I understand you?re busy but you CHOSE to be in customer service. Choose a different job if you hate people, please. Also the food was not nearly up to the quality it usually is. The chips were stale, the food tasted old. Not to mentionit was nearly $40 for 2 meals which are more or less fast food. I?m extremely bummed because I always loved moes but there?s notway I?ll ever come back here. Read more

This location has TANKED! The first guy in their service line was beyond rude and short with us as we ordered. The second guy... had long hair just down and flinging around the open food he was preparing. The final guy that I'm guessing is the shift managerwas unapologetic and informed us they didn't have ice. The food was alright but every table was disgusting. Each table coveredin cheese drips from multiple sittings and the seats were full of food and chips. The dinning room seems to be a storage area aswell. If I could give zero stars I would. We definitely won't be back. Read more

Witnessed a horrible situation yesterday and thought it could have been handled a different way. I heard an employee arguing... with a customer and to make matters worse, the manager or assistant manager provided no comfort for the customer as you nevertold the employee to excuse herself from the situation, he just let her continue to argue with the customer. I know times arehard and a lot of people in the food industry are over worked and under paid, but this is the job you have chosen. It is never agood idea to argue with a customer, because you never know if the CORPORATE OFFICE, sent them in to observe how you act incertain situations. I am pretty sure the management team at Moe?s will pass over this, but remember, when you visit otherplaces, how do you want to be treated by the employees and the manager. Read more

Not a good experience at Moes tonight. No ice, no lettuce, garbage overflowing and the dining room is also a storage area.

Pretty terrible experience at the Moe's Northshore Dr. We have been coming here for years, but the past few times it's slowly... been getting worse. After tonight, we won't be back. Starting off, we ordered our food as combos but when we were at theregister to check out, they didn't ring us in as combos and had to order our drinks separately. When getting our drinks we foundout there was no ice. When notifying staff we were told the ice machine had been broken for quite some time. Walking into thedining room, there was not one table that was clean. Every table was dirty with food on them and in the seats. There were about4-5 giant bags of tortilla chips stacked in a booth in the corner. On the other side of the dining room were stacks of boxes andbags of rice from a truck delivery that had yet to be taken to the back to be put away. And every trash can was overflowing withfood on the top and all over the floor. We were very disappointed as this has been one of our favorite places to eat for years. Read more

Food was great. Dining room wasn?t kept very clean, quite a few dirty tables. All the staff seemed miserable to be there and... annoyed with any questions. Greeted ?Hi? as you walked in, but it sounded forced and unenthusiastic. We waited in line for abit. By time we were next we had to wait for them to complete a bunch of online orders and they didn?t say anything to us as wejust stood there. Read more

Great lunch spot. Friendly service, fresh hot food and very tasty. Gluten Friendlyoptions and my experience was grade A+.... (Changed gloves without asking, knew to pull fresh ingredients so no cross contamination.) Music level was nice and the genrewas easy on the ears. It is across from the Starbucks and the parking lot is a little tricky but worth negotiating. It iscounter service but it moves quickly. They do catering and fundraising too! Chips and salsa are free with any entree. Read more

Moe's Southwest Grill has delicious tex mex entrees and burritos, made fresh every day. What, I love the most about this... location was the food was hot and fresh. The entire dining room and fountain drink section was completely spotless. And most ofall the entire staff ,that was fixing my burritos went above and beyond customer service. The best lunch experience andfriendly service, on this planet. Read more
