I've been in a lot of McDonald's but this is one of the nicer once I've ever been in the place is always immaculately clean the... staff is always polite the copies always hot I would give this a Google five-star rating. Also most of the staffs are Spanishbilingual and speak and understand "American English" quite well. Read more

Would have been nice to have been acknowledged. At least 4 employees just looked at me. Stood in front of counter no "be right... with you" or anything. After about 5 minutes of being ignored...the one that seemed to be the manager said "you don't want toorder at the kiosk". I said no, then ignored again for a few more minutes. I did call the customer service number on the receiptafter leaving but NO answer nor return call (I did leave a message). Read more

I come to this restaurant pretty much every day on my lunch break and I order the same thing I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich... with small fries and a medium water with no ice but today the young lady at the drive-through window rang me up for a Mc chickeninstead and when I got to the window the manager said that it was a McChicken sandwich so I proceeded to tell him that I hadordered crispy and he wanted to argue back-and-forth about what I had so he told me to pull around into a parking spot I calledthe store because the parking spot that they told me to park and were unavailable and I didn?t know where I needed to go heproceeded to have an attitude with me on the phone and in person he comes outside where I?m parked at and then hands me my foodand says ?OK now it?s crispy? as if I?m the one that did something wrong when he messed up my order?. I?m not the type of personto make a scene at a restaurant or within a restaurant I would rather just get my refund to go or have my order correct but thatis no way to treat a customer when you?re the one that messed up my order. I had an order that was paid for but not picked up. I went in today and could show proof of where I had paid however, never made... it physically to the location to get it. It was just a combo and wasn't even going to make a big deal about it until I felt likemy character was being disrespected. The manager was looking at me like I was lying because I did not have a physical receipt. I asked how could I even get a "hardcopy" of the receipt when I was NEVER physically there!?!? The manager Derek said that hewould give me a combo to "take-care-of" The order that was never picked up. I agreed to this only to find that instead of theentire combo he tried to give me a double and tea and acted like I should have been over joyed by this gesture. No, Don't tellme that you are going to do something then act like it is me that has the problem when I ask about the fries he handed me achild fry that comes with a happy meal. I purchased 6 other menu items during my visit today. Which every single item wasincorrect. I will never eat at this location again. When you take the customer out of the service it is just service and thereis nothing special to me about that. Too many other options available for me to settle for below average anything. I just don'tunderstand why people have to be so disrespectful and rude when In all reality I really wasn't in there to make a big deal outof this. Utensils, Syrup, Butter, and Gravy left out of 2 orders of biscuits and gravy and a big breakfast. Had to return to location and... remind the cashier 3 times I needed these items. Enrique, one of the managers, is the shining light of this establishment! There was an extremely rude woman in front of me... ordering and being so mean to Enrique. He handled the situation with poise and professionalism and answered every rude, passiveaggressive question she had with calm sincere answers. I walked up and made sure I was extra nice while ordering. He did nothesitate to accommodate every request from my specific coffee to getting me sweet tea from the back. I work across the streetand I will definitely make this a regular stop for myself and my entire team. Read more

I ordered a mocha frappe, it wasn't like it should be, it was more melted than anything, my wife ordered a large coffee, we... had to take it back 3 different times in order to get it right, first time it was cold, second time there were coffee grounds floating in the top of the cup. And it was cold also. Finally after the 3rd time they finally got it right. Read more
