The employees in the morning are always great. They are polite and send me on my way to work pretty quickly in the drive... through. What I did not appreciate is the sign for the employees stuck on the 1st window in the drive through that states ?Thisis not an office job! We do not sit back here!!? Its giving bad management vibes that a person who?s job is to stand be in oneplace not moving for hours can?t sit down, sitting down would not have any effect on how they do their job but would have awonderful effect on their feet, legs, and back for not standing on hard concrete floors all day. Went one morning and this one Hispanic woman,idk what her name was,doesn't know how to do her job period! Every other person... there is cool but her. My friend and I go to get coffees like we usually did at time one morning and this c* literally asked myfriend what she was doing when she handed her her phone to use apple pay. This location was on N Broadway. Not the Fountains City location. I rated this location very low because my hamburgers was old.... I did not notice this earlier because I was so happy to get hot fries so I ate my fries 1st. Then got to my burger and wasalmost home and bit into it and it was awful. The edges was hard! Read more
The people who work at this location are rude an must not like their jobs. It took close to 10 minutes for someone to take our... order staff on their cell phones others in lobby talking to friends an not waiting on customers. I just think management needsto get these young kids to learn that when at work you work an not stay on the phone or run back an forth to hangout withfriends Read more
Food was good quality and served hot and fresh. Went through the drive-thru...the employees taking care of me were quite young... but very good at their job. They were efficient, and on top of it! It was great and the speed was absolutely fantastic and evenduring the lunch hour!! Best service I have gotten at a McDonald's in a very long time. It's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and the employees are nice. Then other times food is not so good and the employees... not so nice. Or there's a combination of the two. They always run out of Hi C Orange and I can't drink caffeine or carbonateddrinks so that sucks. Read more
Been two years since this door has been unlocked for any customers to enter. On top of changing prices daily. Employees are... absolutely the worst restaurant I ever had to deal with. July 17 2022 got the skimpy biscuits and gravy on the planet.Absolutely terrible servings. Read more
I get so bothered because I?ve worked at McDonald?s before and I know it possible to do good! Ordered two #6 breakfast and 3... sausage biscuits. Get home and I have everything EXCEPT one of the #6 meal sandwiches. The bag goes through 2 hands before ithits mine. It?s the morning, people have things to do.
