The workers are terrible! Worst in the city. ordered 2 gravy biscuits, lady repeated it me. At the window, does not hand me the... order and says she did not know I said it (my passenger & I both said ?you repeated it back to us.?). Then gives me attitude bcshe had to put the order in. I still say thank you. She decides that giving me attitude is how she?s going to continue theinteraction. I don?t understand the arrogance when she was wrong. That?s extraordinary. I continually have issues with thislocation-gave me an order 3-4 weeks ago that was not even in the ballpark of correct. Then they sling attitude when I say thisisn?t right. I guess stupidity gives way to attitude and cockiness?? I RARELY leave reviews, but this is a continuing situation& it?s exhausting. I suggest going elsewhere. Read more
Pull up to drive thru at 523p, male order taker couldn't work drive thru register, we were patient...pulled to first window,... total $11.57, gave young girl$21.60...easy change especially with a register! 18 min later, MOUTHY, tattooed liar, comes toberate us abt having compassion! I asked for his name & he said "Billy", shuts window & walks away!! We pull forward & the nextcashier is all out of sorts, lost our order, we waited 10min while she got the corporate number & a new meal(which we worriedwas spit in or dropped on the floor) & she said "tatted giy is Parker, not Billy"! We stopped in after a enjoyable short motorcycle ride. What a buzz kill. Food was typical Micky Dee's soft serve. Tasty and... quick. The manager was loudly complaining about his own order to the staff in front of waiting customers. There's a place forconstructive criticism and every challenge with staff can be an opportunity to teach. His behavior was neither. Good luck tothis franchise holder. If I could rate it a negative 1 I would. Worse mistake I've made regarding to stop here. Went in, put in my order. Asked for my... food to be made fresh. Fries had no heat to them at all. Took my order back up to counter to again ask for it fresh. The managerstarts talking about me and complaining to another employee that also had negative remarks. The manager didn't like my commentsso she literally argued with me saying nothing was wrong with the fries and got very nasty with me. I tried to handle thispolitely until she forced me to not be. At that time I demanded my money back. I will never return to this place. She made alasting negative impression regarding this store. I will never spend another dollar there Read more
Went through the drive thru 3 days in a row amd was told they couldn't make my Carmel macchiato because their machine was down.... Today I go thru and I'm told the same thing so I came home and ordered it via doordash just to see what would happen. Guesswhat??
