By far the filthiest restaurant ever been in. Lobby was torn apart, nearly every seat broken, missing or covered in food. ... Trash bins overflowing and floors covered in garbage. By far some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. Every single time. Horrible attitudes. Food thru the drive thru is NEVER... EVER RIGHT. Then when you ask them to fix it they treat you horribly. We came in one visit and they fixed our food wrong THREETIMES! It was literally a plain double hamburger. I even said just put two hamburger patties on a dry plain bun. Wrong over andover. Definitely need some training and a change of attitudes all around. Even management. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience! The Manager with the dark hair was extremely rude yelling at her employees where everyone could... hear her about their times, making them cancel orders for breakfast that were ordered already during breakfast. It is absolutelyuncalled for unprofessional for someone to treat their employees like that. Never will I go to this location again, especiallywith that woman working there. Someone needs to check on those employees because she may not have very many employees left. I'msure she has a lot of turnover speaking to people like that. Also, McDonald's you're losing money when your employees act likethat and are constantly canceling orders for breakfast. You had like five different people there wanting breakfast that alreadyordered it and some of them had paid for it but you canceled it. What a B**. Read more
I wanted to take advantage of the promotion in the McDonald's app, where a person can redeem points for a food item. When I went... through the drive through and I gave them the code from the app for the food item I was ordering. I was quite disappointed theway I received my quarter pounder, there was lots of grease all over the top bun of the burger and in the lid of the box. Theburger was just carelessly slapped together, like there was no consideration of the appearance and quality of the food. I'llhave to think twice before ordering food from this McDonald's again. I come to this store daily most often in the afternoon or evening and sometimes twice a day. I've been coming to this store for... probably 10 years now and pretty much know all the employees. I'll become very fond of Jennifer and Kara so we're both managersand often work in the afternoon or evening. There's another nice manager named Lisa who often works mornings and afternoons. Ieat at the three main franchises in town but mostly at Cochran franchises because they care about their customers more. Thisparticular store is closest to where I live and it's good to see workers who I consider also friends. I've always been treatedwell as a customer and as a person and that isn't something you can say at most fast foods. Of course it helps that I'm in thestore fairly often. I just wanted to compliment these three managers with this review and there's many of other nice hourlyworkers who make the experience pleasurable. My burger was raw. I didn't notice it until I was half way through eating it. I'm so disgusted. I will never go to this location... again. When I called the manager to let her know she was so rude about it acted like i was lying and wanted me to bring the rawcheeseburger back and wasn't willing to accept the pictures.
