Laziest crew I have ever had to deal with. Refuses to set up ice cream machine, on most days. This is one of many McDonald?s... that are the reason people make jokes about the ice cream machine: every other day it?s ?broken? crazy we see the same peoplethere each time it?s broken, and it can be working even later in the day most times.they also can?t read, as half of the thingsI order are wrong. It was mostly all kids working, the store was messy, it took forever to get my food, and then it was cold, and they wouldn't... honor their app pricing, because the girl messed it up and had to ring up my food a second time and she had already used thecode the first time so it wouldn't work once she rang up the food again. I was leaving work and decided to grab some lunch from the McDonald's across the street from where I work. I like to get a... sandwich and large fries so I can share with my dogs. I always go through the drive- thru. I never have to wait very long. Myorder is almost always correct. The workers are very friendly. I recommend this McDonald's. Read more
Does McDonald's intentionally hire incompetent people, or is this just a naturally occurring phenomenon? Today I went the to get... lunch, and figured I would go through the drive thru for the convenience I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal no tomatoes anda medium sprite. What I actually got was some chicken sandwich with TOMATOES! So I go inside to get my correct order. Wellafter waiting 10 minutes and watching two female employees fight about who bumped into who I finally get my sandwich, now I canonly guess that McDonald's sells their sandwiches by weight so when one item is omitted something else has to be doubled up toreplace the missing weight, because that has to be the only explanation why my burger was drowning in mayonnaise. I'll never eatat another McDonald's again. And to think they want 15 dollars an hour but can't read an order screen correctly ???? Read more
We were passed drinks out of the drive-through covered in blood. I only took a picture of my kid's drinks because my husband... immediately took everything back in while I cleaned everyone in the car up and sanitized everything. I hope we don't get sick.When he went inside it was the manager who was bleeding. She offered to cook the food and get new drinks but my husband askedfor our money back instead. She insisted she didn't know how it happened. I'm highly disappointed and I'm not sure I could getthere again. I work in foodservice and know accidents happen, but this was unacceptable.
