This morning the kid delivering the tray dumped a large very hot coffee in my lap. And it was hot!!! I screamed (literally)and... ran off to the bathroom where I pulled down my drenched jeans to find massive spots of red skin. My husband asked to speak tothe manager and after he told her what happened she just walked away and went back to the drive thru. When he asked for a refundshe took back our food. No apologies. No concern. She only gave a partial refund when he asked for the general managers phonenumber. Rude and incredibly inconsiderate. And that is a mcdonald's at which we are regular customers. Read more
Food was fine, average McDonald?s but the employees were the rudest I?ve seen. When someone asks what decaffeinated drinks you... have and you answer ?I don?t know? sigh in exasperation and then say ?tea and water?. It's a McDonald's. About what you'd expect for one. Most of the time they get your order right. Most of the time. Staff is a... fake friendly in the drive thru. Walked in for a Doordash order. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The manager working had an accent, and was... extremely rude. Handed orders off to people who showed up after me. Then when I asked for my order to he checked on. He snappedat me. Thankfully some customers in line had my back. Please do not ever go here. He us rude and he is the manager. Read more
Whoever was manning the cash register on October 15th, the ethnic man with curly hair, has obviously never worked a day in his... life. We asked for hot water and when we looked inside the cup, the water was brown and bits of coffee grounds were floatingaround. He refused to take responsibility and just ran to another co-worker to deal with it. Disgusting and it obviously meantthat they don't clean the coffee machine either. He even tried to charge us $0.40 for the water too. Management isoverwhelmingly lacking and I feel bad for the other coworkers who have to pick up for his slack. Read more
To anyone who was here 2 days ago, you might have been wondering why there was a gorgeous woman driving around the building... laying down on the car horn. Well that woman was me, I was upset because it was almost the end of breakfast time and the linewasn't moving. The same person was sitting at the window for over 30 minutes and me trying to drive with a broken leg in a cast,and the fact I havnt eaten in 3 days, I became enraged. My wife and I just went to the McDonalds on Lovell Rd in Farragut for breakfast. When they brought the food out the guy tried... to put the tray down and dumped a cup of hot coffee in my wife's lap. She got up and ran to the ladies room to check on herlegs. The kid apologized. I checked on my wife and went to the counter to talk to the manager. Her name us Rosa. She came tothe counter, I told her what happened. She said ok and went back to what she was doing. She showed no concern for the wellbeing of my wife. She didn't even ask if she was OK. As we were hungry I asked that they remake her food so we could take ithome. At that point they were only going to replace the cup of coffee. They got the order ready and asked that they refund usfor the food as well. They had dumped a cup of coffee in my wife's lap. She refused, I said fine just give me the contactinormation for the general manager. She told me it was on a sign on the door. I asked her for a card. She wrote theinformation on a receipt and gave me a refund. I think at the point she may have realized she was handling this poorly. Thekid who dumped the coffee did apologize. No one else there showed any concern as to my wife's well being. We will contact thegeneral manager about this. We go there for breakfast regularly that looks like it will change if this is the way managementwill be running the store. Read more
