The line was fast but I can?t eat my food! It?s disgusting!!!!
Best to avoid dining or ordering in. Really bad experience here with our group of 4. Three of us used kiosk and they completely... lost our orders. The 4th ordered a small coffee and literally wouldn't of got it unless he asked for it to go. Long storyshort.. we were there a while. Remodel nice and all but they have a lot of work to do with service still. Go through drive thruto order , park and then dine in. Read more
When can McDonald's to get french fries and a Coke. It took 10 minutes in the line to get my order not one friendly face. Took... my money say go to the next window no thank you no have a nice day and then fries were cold. The people are not friendly at allat that McDonald's. They need to train their people better. This McDonald's is brand new and just recently opened not too long ago. The inside of it definitely looks a lot different than... all the other locations. They tried to make it more modern looking. You can easily place your orders on your mobile app or thetouch-screen pads that they have inside the store. Their drive-thru has two lanes. Read more
Dine in is a ?not great? experience. Not nearly as much seating as before, no way to get ketchup, napkins, or straws on your own... anymore. No drink machine. I had to ask for a refill and they looked at me like I was speaking in tongues. Drive-thru might befine, but if you?re going in, skip it. Read more
This McDonalds is new. It took ten minutes to get am order of large fries. They came out cold and hard. I ordered a milkshake... that came put half melted. The cup of ice cream was the only thing decent. When I called to complaint the manager told me tocome back and he would swap out the fries and the shake. So you want me to come back and wait another ten minutes to get myorder that should have been right the first time. Never going to this Mcdonald again. Read more
Well! The new McDonald?s in Halls has gone to a new low. NO REFILLS! That?s why they took out the self serve counter. They... also take better care of their drive thru than their dine-in customers. Today I saw more people either waiting to long for wrongorders, one couple waited almost 20+ minutes to get a hamburger with no ketchup and no pickles, and they still got it wrong.They got their money back and left. Cashiers (women) don?t know how to ring up orders without constantly asking somebody how todo it (some have been there a while). Deluxe Crispy chicken patty was too small for the bun. The food is fine, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is awful nowadays. The entire building is grey and looks like a... penitentiary in lieu of a restaurant. Instead of contemporary music, or winter music, for some reason there was an extremelyominous instrumental track playing on a loop. And on top of that, any self service stations have been removed in the remodel.This McDonald?s has received a major downgrade from what it was pre remodel. Read more
