Stopped in here for a drink and to use the bathroom. Service was a little slow the guy at the register was doing everything he... could to move things along. He was able to get my drinks while the people in front of me were waiting on their food. As I waswaiting to order. The older gentleman in front of me was struggling to order and pay. He dropped his wallet while trying to puthis card back in. Everything in his wallet went flying. Myself and another lady standing in line picked his stuff up andreturned it to him. McDonald's is not the fast food restaurant it use to be!! I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, mustard and ketchup, minus... the tomato. I got a quarter pound with cheese, plus tomato, plus lettuce, plus more mayonnaise on my burger then comes in ajar! The meat just does not taste the same. Sitting out in parking lot just left . Rude employees noone wanting to take orders . I asked a manager about the playground... still open she said yes for 20 minutes we'll the disgruntle employee was gripping she can't leave cause we was in there. This McDonald's needs a cleaning service. The busy meter on Google Maps says it's as busy as it gets. Drive through line is... empty and there are four of us waiting to get breakfast. Tables aren't cleaned so they can't be disinfected and the floor issticky. They also do not have a drink refill machine either so I don't recommend dinning in. I'm generously giving them a 2 starbecause everything else is packed. Read more
The staff is not trained for applying discounts from the mobile app to use at the restaurant. They told me the app only charged... a partial payment, when it actually did that because I had a 20% off coupon applied to use for my order. I ended up having topay the additional 20%. They also did not have the fountain drinks, so I had to get a bottled water instead of a fountain drinkwith my combo. I think the store manager should do a better job of maintaining equipment/supplies and training their staff. Read more
I ordered two double cheese burgers and they were cold. Also, not one of the Mickey D's associates even said thank you. Store... seems poorly ran with a bunch of people that are there to get a pay check and nothing more. This isn't the first time I'veexperienced this type of service at this McDonald's but there's no Chick Fillet near by. Read more
